I recently sold a condominium in Chicago. What made the listing and sale difficult was that I don't live in Chicago. I live in Los Angeles. Tiffany and her team made the process painless. She offered expert guidance in pricing the listing and negotiating with buyers. Tiffany and her team were prompt, professional, detailed and made sure the process went without a glitch. I have purchased and sold many properties before and have a lot of experience with agents and brokers. Tiffany's team is first class. They will go beyond to help complete the purchase at the best price possible. If ever I am doing a real estate transaction in the Chicago area, I would use their team over and over again. read more

Tiffany was recommended to me by some friends, and honestly, having gone through the whole process of buying a first home when I had a rather short time frame to do so and apparently record low inventory, I feel like I was so lucky to have met her. Not only did she get me started looking at places with a bang (I think we looked at 9 or 10 places my first day just to get an idea since, as I said, I didn't have much time to buy) but she was endlessly responsive--even on weekends and in the middle of the night, communicating with loan people at 9 or 10 PM so we could get targeted offer letters in! She was not the least bit pushy or demonstrate any impatience even though I was probably quite a trial with all my messages, texts, and requests. She introduced me to mortgage firms and the law firm who ended up finalizing our contract. All I really had to do was make the decisions about what kind of place I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it--it couldn't have been more seamless! I really felt fully supported and encouraged from day one onwards. In the end, we ended up getting our bid on a place that was not on the market yet, and one that I would never have known about at all if Tiffany had not mentioned it. I'm SO happy with my new home, and she is to thank for that! read more

Working with Tiffany was an absolute dream! I had a very aggressive timeline and was moving from across the country, while also managing much of my homebuying process from out of the country before my move. On top of that, I was a first-time homebuyer, which made the process feel even more daunting at first. From day one, Tiffany made everything feel seamless. She's incrediblyyyyy knowledgeable about what to look for, the right questions to ask, and all the small details that first-time buyers may not even think to consider. Every step of the way, she was organized, responsive, and proactive... anticipating my needs and helping me navigate the process. Tiffany quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me stay focused, even with all the moving parts (literally and figuratively!). Her professionalism, warmth, and deep understanding of the market made what could have been a stressful experience truly enjoyable. I can't recommend Tiffany enough, especially for first-time homebuyers who may feel hesitant or unsure where to start. With Tiffany, I felt like I got not just a real estate broker, but a trusted partner who genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. read more

Tiffany was a wonderful help to me and my fiancé in our apartment search. Super friendly and easy to work with. She responded quickly to our inquiries, questions, and came with us to see apartments and asked great questions. I found her from Yelp and would recommend her for those searching for an apt in Chicago! She also invited us to a homebuyer webinar and in person session and set us up with an intro call with a lender to learn more about home buying for future. She definitely has a wealth of knowledge within the industry and Chicago. read more

She is really fast with response time. We got an appointment on the first week we requested her help.

Tiffany has been my go-to real estate professional ever since I moved to Chicago in 2019. From the first day I worked with her I was treated with respect, kindness and patience, as she helped me find the exact apartment that met my needs. She did it again when I was ready to move to a slightly larger place. When the opportunity arose to purchase my home, I didn't have to think twice, I knew I could depend on her to see me through the process. While it could have been a daunting situation of navigating various service providers while going through an unfamiliar process, Tiffany was there every step of the way to make sure I things went smoothly and she really did an outstanding job of connecting me with the best people at the exact right time in the process. If you are looking for help renting or buying in Chicago, I would highly recommend working with Tiffany Vondran. read more

For our first time home buying experience, we felt way in over our heads. Tiffany came to us highly recommended by close friends and she was without a doubt the right choice. Throughout all of the overwhelming process that searching for, and purchasing a new home is Tiffany was right there at a moments notice. We love our new home and it would not have been possible without her expertise and professionalism. Moving to a new city is stressful enough without also having to find a place to live from out of state. I contacted Tiffany a couple of weeks before I'd be in the city for a short window, during which I'd need to find an apartment. With assistance from Tiffany, I was able to find a place that greatly exceeded my expectations, given the limited amount of time I had to work with. The process was smooth and I was very happy with the result - would recommend to others. read more

As a divorce and family law attorney in Chicago, I oftentimes am collaborating with real estate agents to sell marital property during divorce proceedings - this was my first experience with Tiffany. Tiffany's grit and tenacity is unmatched. During a highly litigious divorce proceeding which involved frequent (sometimes daily on multiple repeated occasions) contact between attorneys and Tiffany and the parties and Tiffany, she did not waiver in her commitment to fulfilling her duties to the sellers to sell their home. In fact, despite all of the challenges mounted against Tiffany, she obtained 5 plus offers and sold the home at an over-asking price. Tiffany's natural capability to listen, understand, and empathize with sellers and buyers. Dedicating a significant part of your job toward one sell over the course of 9 months can be burdensome and demanding, causing a professional to feel overwhelmed and frustrated. Instead, Tiffany forged her own path, guided by her compassion and strong sense of commitment toward her clients in collaboration with real estate attorneys and the divorce lawyers on the case. I have no doubt that I will refer Tiffany to clients in the future. read more

Tiffany was a delight from day 1 - Recommended to us by a close friend, it was clear to see why her name had been at the top of the list for who to connect with as the hunt for a home began. The entire process was laid out in front of us & while it was a massive amount of new information Tiffany broke down each step, made everything seem very achievable, & took the time to elaborate when needed. Even to the extent of explaining it like we were 5 in order to fully comprehend the decision we were about to make. The showings came in hot & plenty with a guided tour of the places on our first outing, Tiffany offered guidance as to what we should be looking for & insight on what questions we should be asking with industry key terms to get the real scoop. Tiffany was always willing to answer questions without judgement, was very open about options & what the possible outcomes of decisions may lead to. Tiffany offered many resource avenues for us along the way as she had an excellent team working around her. A special shout out to Nisa Gil for being a communication champion when it came to our frantically worded emails! read more

From deciding a rental property to buying a place. We have come a long distance with Tiffany and Fulton grace. One thing to look for when you are shopping a real estate property is how your agent portrays a future and an image for the foreseeable future. I can say that hands down I have never come across an agent who is sensible, practical, has her own views and acknowledges a buyer views and also adapts to the requirements at a faster pace. Tiffany is a dedicated and a very smart real estate agent who is patient and not pushy at all. She knows exactly what a buyer needs and fulfills the desire. Her real estate experience is amazing and helped me when i bought my first place. I shopped for almost 20-30 homes and constantly debating between atleast 3-4 places before finalizing one. Thank you so much for being part of this journey Tiffany! read more

After 12 years of renting, I was really itching to become a homeowner. I've entrusted Fulton Grace since early 2010, back when property management was their bread and butter, so I knew the realty company I would definitely be using. I worked along side Carley Leonas, who was tremendous in all the ways someone can be as a renter. After renting in my second Fulton Grace unit for almost four years, I decided at the beginning of the year, that I would start looking for a home come April of the following year. I started up a conversation with Carley to rent somewhere that wasn't a high rise, but also let her know I'm open to learning how to become an owner. She responded by saying she was about nine months pregnant and she would be recommending Tiffany Vondran. I was a little nervous, only because I'd only worked with Carley, but Carley told me she recommends Tiffany to friends and family. Tiffany jumped onboard with gusto, introducing herself and explaining the home-buying process clearly. The minute I got pre-approved she scheduled several homes to look at, within a day. I asked her to provide recommendations for legal team, lender, inspector, appraiser, etc. And all of those people were just as great as Tiffany. She knew my vision and what I wanted and on one of our first showings, she was able to discreetly point out unavoidable water damage, settling cracks, the appliances ages etc, as if to almost coach me to what to look for and how to be diligent on showings. Suddenly during my casual home search, my current landlord emailed me explaining he's selling the unit and I have 60 days to vacate. I forwarded the email to Tiffany and she told me to inform my landlord of Lori Lightfoot's new COVID related ordinance which helped me go back and explain that I have 120 days to move not just 60. Life saver Tiffany, at your service. From thereafter, Tiffany and the team made the process super quick and relatively simple. As simple as it could be. Oh, let me also put into the narrative here, during 90% of our visits, Tiffany's car was in the shop, her iPhone broken, and she still kept and followed through with all of her promises. I think some of our conversations were even through her Apple Watch! With Tiffany as my fearless ringleader, she was able to negotiate the maximum seller credits, a diamond level home buyer warranty, and much more. On the first night in my new home I sat in bed (after a jacuzzi bath, couple of glasses of champagne gifted by Tiffany), I stared at my old life in boxes... with my cat on my lap, smile on my face, relief in my heart, I caught myself thinking "what would I have done without a realtor like Tiffany?" I'm very happy with my purchase and I will be singing Tiffany and Fulton Grace's praises to all my friends and family. Thanks again Tiffany for a great home-buying journey! I'll catch you when I come back to buy an investment property. read more

I can not say enough wonderful things about Tiffany!! As a first time homebuyer, she was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process, making a dream out of what could have been a nightmare. Awesome experience working with Tiffany recently; she communicates in a professional and reliable manner. We worked with Tiffany when we relocated to Chicago from Washington, DC.  She made our first home-buying experience easy and enjoyable, especially in this crazy market. We looked at 30+ homes in just a couple of weeks and she was proactive, organized, and friendly from the start.  We truly feel that Tiffany was our secret weapon in helping get our first offer accepted in the same day.  We know she's why we found the perfect home and we highly recommend her - you won't regret it. read more

Seriously - the reviews are true. If you want to find your ideal apartment or home - choose Tiffany. Anyone relocating to or within Chicago will benefit from her knowledge of the city, housing market, inventory types and the signing and closing process. I did a cross-country move from SEA to CHI with Tiffany and she made my tough situation into a very happy ending. I gave her a very big task: 3 weeks till move in, a tight budget, and I had only visited Chicago twice before having to sign a lease. PROFESSIONALISM & PREPAREDNESS I set up a flight, and met Tiffany in Old Town. She was gracious enough to meet me with her car. Tiffany came prepared with 7 awesome apartments which we saw in 3 hours (she's a whiz, I told you!). And was even kind enough to Facetime an apartment that I saw the week after I left and was over the moon about. When I say she redefines excellence. Its true. NEGOTIATION We had a very tough close on the apartment, filled with obstacles one after the other. When the owners agent raised the price on the listing (after we'd expressed interest), Tiffany negotiated it back down. DEDICATION When the owners agent didn't inform us of a critical component to the lease (effectively nullifying the lease - and delaying my move in), Tiffany worked at midnight to edit the lease and gain all necessary signatures within a day so I could move in ASAP. When the owner's agent was unresponsive about where to send the security deposit, and was slow to respond generally. Tiffany drove and hand delivered the security deposit to the owner. The owner was very irresponsible in a lot of ways (e.g. didn't even do a walk through with us) but Tiffany constantly went above and beyond to "close the deal". She demonstrated this by performing the role of the other agent when they were 'checked out' and uninformed about the property. Tiffany is a true gem. She is personable, affable and knowledgeable. She is a great partner to have on your side as a buyer or renter. Try your hardest to get Tiffany, you won't regret it! read more

I enjoyed working with Tiffany from start to finish. I'd been recommending her to my friends for a couple of years, so I was looking forward to working with her again. I sent her my wish list, we had a call to go over it, and then I was off to the races! I was moving to a slightly different area, and I appreciated her knowledge of the neighborhood. She was always quick to respond to an inquiry, no matter the time of day, and respected my indecisiveness (I flip flopped on what was most important to me). Her patience and help were wonderful, and I'll continue recommending her to everyone I know. My thanks to her and the entire Chicago Home Partner team! I love them all and am so grateful. read more

I realize some yelp reviews seem over exaggerated and may give the impression that the reviewer is not real or it can't be right. Please please understand how much this agent has impacted my life in a positive and long lasting way. Let's start with I have major trust issues and have been burned many times. Then add I am not just moving but I'm moving all the way from California to Chicago and I've lived in California my whole life so huge change. Now add that my date is undetermined because I'm starting a new job at a place that's still getting permits for finishing construction. And the dates keep changing. Now add one more - I started the search well over 5 months in advance and all the above is merely for a small rental apartment for me and my dog. I'm not a doctor or a lawyer or a high end executive. I'm just an average joe looking for a fresh start and a new chapter. Tiffany from the very beginning way back when this all started treated me with respect , with urgency , and with a level of customer experience that made me feel important and that even little me matters as much as someone looking to buy a million dollar home. We looked at so many places these last 5 months. Places she knew weren't going to be most likely the right timing but she wanted me to learn the area , learn what I like , and build trust with my guide. Not once did she make me feel like I was wasting her time. And she was my advocate every step. She listens to all my stories and each time we meet, talk , email , or text I always felt like she was completely focused on me and interested in everything I had to share with her and she took a lot of time just getting to know me as a human being. Funny - because she dedicated so much time in getting to know me , my story , my passions , every property she took me to see had so much that matched who I wanted to be. Because she listened. And she cares. Almost found THE one. And soon because of TIffany I will finally be a local of Chicago and I absolutely plan to stick with her throughout my milestones so one day she won't look for a rental for me but she will find it first home that I can finally call my own. Thank you Tiffany. You are one in a million ! read more

Tiffany was a blessing for us after we had some issues at our previous rented residence and needed to buy a home quickly. We found a home and closed within a month! We were terrified to buy a home for the first time. Neither my husband or I knew the process and weren't sure if we could afford it or find something that suited our family. Tiffany answered all of our questions, informed us of the process at every single step, never pressured us, asked the right questions to sellers, agents and the inspector and had our back throughout the entire purchase. She was available 24/7 and even during the holidays. Tiffany's demeanor is so pleasant. She's personable, kind, patient but also aggressive in a positive way. She was on time for every appointment, and her knowledge about what to look for when purchasing a home was extremely beneficial. Even now, after our purchase, she has been responsive to questions we have had after moving in. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone purchasing or renting a home! read more
