I'm at home sick and the phone rings. Usually I won't pick up if I don't recognize the number. I happened to be waiting for door dash to drop off my lunch so I answered. To my surprise, I received the most stunning flowers! My lunch came at the same time but my flowers are way better than my lunch. I have always loved purple and was super excited the flowers arrived in an awesome purple vase. It's really nice! The arrangement is gorgeous. Wanted to send a nice Thanksgiving arrangement to a friend. I picked a local flower shop that offered free delivery when ordered online and upgraded the arrangement to deluxe. I should have known to move on when finishing the order I was charged for delivery. Stupid me! My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement and NOT impressed. Looks the same as the photo online. Meaning has approximately same number of flowers. Mine looks like it might have fallen over during delivery or it was JUST made that way. The upgrade looks like they added more leaves. Today I received a beautiful arrangement from my nieces in NJ. The service they used sent me a horrible arrangement from another Delray Beach florist. Instead of complaining, I posted a thank you on FB with a pic of the arrangement. 30 minutes later I received an email from one of my nieces telling me that arrangement was not what they ordered. The 800 number company first gave them a hard time until my niece wrote back supermarket bouquets were better. So another florist got the order and made sure it matched the pic of the original order. Horrible delivery service NOT on time a day late. Person who called me back hung up on me. How rude. STAY AWAY. BTW only 11 roses NOT 12 as he paid for a dozen. What a rip off. Today is 2/15/18 I called this flower shop and the message was full so I cannot leave one. They called me back because they saw my number, I informed them the driver did not deliver my valentine flowers to me and Valentine's Day, he delivered them to a wrong unit number, he had my phone number and still did not call after the people in the other unit told him I did not live there. The person that called me from this flower shop hung up on me well I was telling them how unhappy I was with their service and defeated the purpose of getting my valentine flowers the day after. I had to go pick them up from wrong address. Then the owner texts me this. (See photo) are you F kidding me. You try your best to get all delivered. It's flipping Valentine's Day you idiot you stay in work overtime and make sure all of your orders are delivered properly that your customers paid for. SMH UPDATE. It just got worse. What a joke.
