To be fair, we have had "nice" floral arrangements during 4 of 5 purchases from Honey Bunch but the last flowers purchased from them were horrible. It was a $181 custom arrangement for a birthday. Almost none of the "specifically ordered" (and paid for) species were included in the arrangement. The vase that was hand chosen in the shop was not included. One of the birthday balloons deflated completely upon delivery. We returned to the shop the day of delivery with specific photos of the bouquet and after voicing our issues we were given a $25 discount. They should have taken back the arrangement and replaced it. To top it off...its been 4 days since delivery....and almost every single flower is DEAD! read more

Excellent and honest service! Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and when they hadn't arrived by the evening I called the store at the last minute and the owner answered. She explained to me that the flowers were indeed delivered but regardless of the miscommunication (no matter who's to blame) she would remake the flowers and personally deliver that night after hours so my mom had them on her birthday. From the initial consultation to the wedding day to a week after the wedding. The owner, Carole, is the kindest, attentive, and talented individual and was a calming presence in a very busy time! They do a prototype of the centerpieces which was wonderful, and they were very concerned to create not only beautiful florals but make my vision come to life! Jill and the rest of the staff were also very nice, talented, attentive, and professional and everything went so smooth. We were able to let our guests take the centerpieces home and everyone texted saying the flowers lasted so long and smelled beautiful! Usually I buy my flowers from big chains but wanted to support a local business with everything going on. Ordered four bouquets for Mother's Day and they were GORGEOUS! I forgot to take pictures but my favorite was the sunflower one. They came with cute little cards with stickers, card holders with a little teddy bear in them, and a satchel of lavender buds which I thought was such a thoughtful extra touch! My mother in law uses them for home made soaps and all the flowers were a hit. The flowers were ready for pick up on time and all the employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I chose this florist for a Valentine's Day arrangement delivery because they are only 2.7 miles from the recipient. I did this on purpose. I ordered the day before Valentines Day and called back the same day to ask what time frame delivery could be expected and was told Valentines Day by noon and that the floral arrangement I had ordered had been created . My recipient didn't know what was being delivered but she waited at home until past noon on Valentine's Day with no delivery. I called the florist and spoke with an employee who hung up on me. I called back @ 1:45 pm and spoke to another employee who said that she would get it delivered promptly. @ 3 pm there was still no delivery so I called and spoke to the owner and to her credit she made it happen within 30 minutes of that call. Delivery was finally made @ 3:30 pm. The recipient waited all day for this even though she needed to leave her house. The unreasonable delay in getting this delivered after I had been told that it would deliver in the morning and the fact that the florist is only 2.7 miles away from the recipient is unacceptable. Furthermore, the flower arrangement that was delivered does not quite look like the colorful arrangement that I paid $134 for as the arrangement that was delivered is dark and predominately red. In fact, the delivered arrangement is quite depressing compared to what I had ordered. I am disgusted and this experience effectively drained all of the original excitement of ordering and delivering it. I will not order anything more from this florist. read more

I did not have a big budget for flowers, but Carole treated me as if I had $100,000 to spend with her. She realized my vision for my bouquet perfectly. She even helped me manage some of the wedding planning anxiety - she told me her door was always open if I just needed to chat. The day of the wedding the flowers were absolutely perfect and right on time. She even gave me a lovely card with a small gift. If I could give a lower rating than one star I would! I went there to support this local business and buy flowers for my wife for her graduation and for Mother's Day to separate flower orders. I spoke to the lady on the phone and was told that one arrangement would arrive for the graduation, when they arrived my wife called me I went there to the medical facility she worked at and I saw that it was not the arrangement that I was told it would be. So I went to the flower shop to speak with the employee and she said that that is not the arrangement that she made up I showed her pictures that I had taken and she again said that is not the arrangement I made up so I asked her are you calling me a liar. Then the owner came over and said she would refund my money that was on Wednesday, May 6. I then went to the car and prayed and went back into the Flower Shop speaking to a different employee was looking at pictures of a different arrangement that I might purchase the owner came back over Saying that they refunded my money and I don't need to see pictures, I've been told her that I was speaking with the employee about another purchase and she said no we don't need it. So I left today is Friday, May 8 the money is still not refunded to my account I called the Flower Shop the lady sent me a text message from her cell phone Telling me to check my account I checked my account again it was not there the money has cleared from my account so it was taken I didn't try to call the lady back and she hung up on me. I worked with her all the way from virginia, planning a wedding in Florida, and she worked with me through emails almost every week I heard from her. HORRIBLE. OK, I understand that Valentine's Day & Mother's Day are the 2 biggest days of the year. But, my expectation as a consumer is that you would spend the other 363 preparing your business for the increased activity. My story starts this morning with me walking in to buy 2 dozen roses for my girlfriend. Her office is LITERALLY across the street. I was very clear in letting them know that my girlfriend gets off work at 4pm. Since I placed the order at 9am, and once again her office is LITERALLY across the street, there would not be a delivery problem. So by 3:55, when I didn't get the "You're the best boyfriend in the world call", I knew we had a problem. When I called Honey Bunch, there was a continuous stream of "We're so busy...The truck broke down...The driver is on the way" excuses. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund.
