Clean with new machines. A little pricey but conveniently located and lots of machines in a variety of sizes.

I wish this place was closer to me in Delray. But, I do go here becasue of the extended hours and there are usually available machines. Where I live in MD we use 'cards' and not quarters. Much easier... Yes the attendance if not very pleasant, but...it's a tough job. Also agree with Tom...huge improvement of the one down the street...which I walked out of... Keep in mind most laundramats do not let you use dryers if you had not done a wash onsite. read more

Save yourself some time AND money and go to Miss Bubble Laundromat. My dryer broke. I walked in with two loads of laundry - already washed to dry it. A lady, named "Ruth" was nasty, rude and told me I could not dry unless I wash there. She brought me to the front door where there was a ripped sign several feet above my height that you cannot possibly see especially if you're carrying laundry in and told me I needed to leave. I asked for the name and phone number of the owner whom I later found out is: Haroon Sulaiman. Ruth was on her cell phone the entire time and when I asked to speak with a manager, she put "yovana" on with me (the person she had been speaking with the entire time). I explained to Yovana that I was in last week to dry 2 loads as well and the two women working, allowed me to purchase 2 dryer sheets and dry my clothes with no issue. I asked if they can make an exception this one time and they both said no. They were nasty, rude, raising their voice. I was speaking to them kindly and treating them respectfully, they did not show the same courtesy. Ruth then advised that I should go to "the other laundromat" and that it is cheaper. I did, it is cheaper, the employees were friendly and the guests in there were helpful. Sometimes people are in a bind or things happen. Washing machines break, dryers break. That is what laundromats are for. Get better employees who are respectful. I will never go to your establishment to wash a single thing and I will make sure to make it my mission to advise others to go to Miss Bubble and not your establishment. Nastiness does not get you anywhere. Shame on you. read more

Delray City Laundromat - "Ruth" - Laundromat Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

I give this place 0 stars based off of their customer service. I am 6 months pregnant and I came into this establishment at 8:50pm on Saturday 2/5/22 and I asked if I could please use the restroom. The woman working told me that if I am not going to wash anything then I could not use the restroom. I was discouraged and desperate. My husband came in once I returned to the car and he tried to reassure her to look at me and how visibly pregnant I was to no avail. She looked us up and down and deliberately said that they were closed. It was 8:50pm and the hours and sign on the door said they were closing at 10pm. She acted as if it were going to hurt her to allow me to quickly go in and use the restroom. I'm disgusted because she was a woman. Customer service is dead nowadays but basic human decency is something we should all have. Disappointing and after calling the next day to speak to management , no one answered. read more

The biggest plus for me was Convenience since it's open 24 hours. No laundromat attendant was present at night at least not when I was there. All machines seemed to work fine. The coin machine worked fine (there's 2 side by side ones) . I did not use the detergent machine to buy soap. I had my own so I didn't need to so idk if it worked or how well it worked. The main and only issue I saw was the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire facility. The soap compartment on the washing machines were just caked with old soap from other people's use so you can tell they haven't been washed probably EVER! Also, there were dryer sheets ALL OVER the floor just everywhere. And that's just from people being lazy and not picking up after themselves. Along with trash and loose and lost pieces of clothing, empty detergent bottles, SMH !! All of the basket carts could barely roll because there was so much debris in the wheels...hair, dryer sheets, socks, dust, dirt, you name it!!!! LOL But other than that, my clothes got washed and dried well. I'm satisfied with the outcome but I can only speak for myself and my experience. Also, I forgot to mention that the dryers time themselves according to how wet the load of clothes are that is in the dryer your using. So for instance, when I first put my load in the dryer from the washer and put 1 quarter (.25 cents) in the dryer, it gave me 35 minutes for 25 cents! I couldn't believe it! So when it was close to the 35 minutes , I checked my clothes and they were still a little wet (I did have a lot of clothes in there) . So i went ahead and put another quarter in expecting the same result as before, 35 minutes. Nope! This time I got 8 minutes! And that's because my clothes were not as wet as they were at first so it made sense that they only needed 8 more minutes to dry completely. And yes they were dry after 8 minutes. I wish I took pictures. I will next time cause I will be going back. Despite everything, it still worked for me and I was able to get my job done with no hassles. read more

Compared to the other laundry down the street this is a joy. Bright clean with newer machines.

It was a clean facility with many washers and dryers. The staff were constantly cleaning which made me feel safe. As of right now they don't have the chairs set up due to covid I'm assuming, so I just waited in my car, which was fine. Overall it was a good experience, clean and effective. It feels odd to give a laundromat a five star review but, as someone who never uses a laundromat and is slightly afraid of them, this one is very nice. We are on vacation here and I needed to do laundry. I used another laundromat before and it was kind of dirty, kind of creepy and there was no one to help you if you were dumb like me. This place has all digital machines, an attentive attendant who is bilingual, and it's very clean. There are Change machines and the attendant can also give you change. They have decent laundry supplies for purchase if you don't have them. Three different sized washing machines for different prices. Anywhere from three dollars a load to something like six dollars a load. Dryers are six minutes for each quarter. The dryers can hold more than one washing machine full of clothes. read more
