She gave me so many great recommendations about the different cruise lines and destinations. My travel agent handled everything for me! From payments, making sure we had the best rooms, she even booked our plane tickets as well. All we had to do (Literally) was just show up! And she did all of that while making sure we had the best rates possible. This has been by far the easiest vacation I've ever booked. My family and I didn't have to worry about anything. The hardest part about this vacation was choosing the destination lol. GAV is the only travel agency I will be booking with from now on. Definitely a hidden gem.

My mom had been wanting to got to Hawaii for a while now and we finally made it happen. Lacretia put us a package together that kept us busy and allowed us to see the island of Honolulu in its entirety. Although the flight was not a non-stop flight, it was perfect for my mom (can't sit for long periods of time). Our layover was super simple and not long at all. By the time we landed in L.A. and arrived at our connecting flight, we had enough time to get lunch and stretch our legs and it was time to fly on to Honolulu. The hotel was immaculate, super fancy and in walking distance to everything (restaurants, shopping, beach, etc.). There was constant communications from the company that she set our excursions with, which I thought was exceptional. We always have a great vacation when dealing with Lacretia and her team!!! The guy we left dragged his feet, and ticket costs skyrocketed by 1k for first class. If you're a frequent flier like me (Platinum on Delta) here's the value added to using Neal. -the headache of booking, and getting best rooms etc, is his. -at MOST, you pay the same amount as if you booked the trip yourself, but you get more in upgrades, room selection, perks, and of course personalized service. -on anniversaries, he's had everything from chocolates to champagne waiting in the room. When planning a wedding, not everything goes perfectly and this includes the honeymoon. We recently discovered, without notice or warning, that American Airlines had cancelled our flight out of Grenada to Miami. If it wouldn't have been for Neal and his attention to detail, we could have been stuck between a rock and a hard place with limited return options. Since Neal caught the mishap early, he was able to use his expertise to find alternate options and now we will be staying an extra night in Grenada at the same resort for FREE (as well as a resort credit) while carrying over our prearranged travel plans to the following day. We have never met Neal face to face because of our location differences (he's in Atlanta and we reside in Cincinnati) but his professionalism allows him to set up the perfect vacation for all of his customers no matter where they are located. I would highly recommend working with Neal no matter where you reside or what type of travel you are planning if you want it done perfectly. I received a warm welcome when I entered and was told about a special promotion that they had. Both employees that assisted me were very professional and friendly. The bathroom was available to customers and was very clean. There are parking spots directly in front of the entrance. I wasn't forced to sign up for membership but after thinking about the total cost for the passport photo i needed and the license it made more sense to get a membership. I received my card in the mail within a few days and documents that explained the benefits. If you need AAA services, I highly recommend you choose this location.

It's 2025 instead of help some of the customer service wasn't happy I'm still calling asking them what happened to my X5 BMW the only thing I know that the driver was Mexican driving a flat bed tow truck.
