We had already shortlisted a slab and an installer at another store, after an exhaustive months' long selection process -- we only stopped by Domus to check off our due diligence before committing. Are we ever glad we did. From the first conversation, the owner Tamara Petrick gave us a great deal. That kind of straightforward, customer-first approach is rare in the slab business, and it's what won us over from the place we'd already picked. Her installer Sergio was equally impressive -- helpful, communicative throughout the whole process, and accommodated our request for a Saturday installation, which made scheduling so much easier for us. On installation day, the team headed by Edwin arrived right on time and was professional and courteous from start to finish. They worked efficiently and skillfully, carrying in each slab piece and placing it on the countertops with real care and precision. Watching them work, it was clear these are experienced craftsmen who take pride in what they do. Tammy kept in touch before, during, and after the install to make sure everything went perfectly and that we were fully satisfied. That follow-through says a lot about how she runs her business. I requested my deposit be returned as this is a breach of contract & not disclosed to me when I signed the order agreement with her for a 22x40 building I designed & gave her a deposit for. The building is not built, nor is she stocking inventory for the building I gave her a deposit for, she is refusing to give me my deposit back! Because she doesn't want to lose her commission! No disclaimers on her agreement indicating my deposit would be forfeited either or non-refundable. Please be careful if you decide to deal with Linda on her unethical business practices. The business name is Healcerion USA Inc. DBA ADU For You Sheds. I gave her every opportunity to make this right be exploring her other suppliers for metal buildings for a price match, but non could match her original quote. Now I'm out over $2500 deposit with no metal building built as the agreement I signed with her indicated. Scam!! Now I'm forced to spend time trying to re-coup my deposit. I would not recommend doing business with her unless you want your deposit wasted!

I called Pyramid based on several recommendations, and Justin (sales consultant) was at my door the next morning to take measurements and give me lots of information. The baseboards were installed the following week, and the carpet the week after that. I was continuously impressed with how smooth the process was. Justin was very responsive and was quick to schedule everything, even though my project was relatively small. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. Jarred did the baseboards and Matt did the carpet. Both of them were on time, friendly, and professional. For floors in Davis, there's no reason to go anywhere else.

These are not modular cabinets that are dropped shipped to your door in cardboard boxes which you then have to assemble and install yourself. It is well worth the cost in having these premium cabinets installed by Marks master craftsman installer. It is done to perfection! This review is based on more than a year of working with Precision Cabinetry & Design (now called…read morePCD Studios) and investing well into six figures on cabinetry for our home. I genuinely wanted this relationship to succeed, which is why it's so disappointing to write this review. If you're considering PCD Studios, get multiple bids before signing anything and i strongly suggest you go elsewhere. We ultimately hired another designer using the exact same Crystal Cabinets manufacturer. Their design was significantly better, their communication was outstanding, and the total cost was nearly half of what PCD proposed. For the premium they charge, I expected thoughtful, customized design. Instead, we received fairly basic 2D layouts that didn't justify the price. The service was even more disappointing. It often felt like every question or small change became another opportunity to increase costs. One example: our refrigerator manufacturer changed a cabinet panel dimension by just 1/16 of an inch. We were initially told we needed to buy a new panel. Only after we insisted they contact Crystal Cabinets did they learn the change was "no problem" and could be made without replacing the panel or charging more. Communication was another major issue. Michie Schmitz was generally pleasant to work with, but did little to rectify our issues. Our primary contact, Pippa Clarke, was repeatedly dismissive and difficult to work with. We requested multiple times that she no longer manage our project, but those requests were ignored. When issues were escalated to Renee Jordan, they rarely resulted in meaningful solutions. The end of the project was the most frustrating. After telling us we could apply our remaining deposit toward cabinet hardware, PCD had us spend time selecting and submitting our hardware. They then reversed course and said we would only receive the remaining credit if we signed a release agreement. The final accounting even included attorney fees for preparing the release they wanted us to sign. We declined because we were not willing to give up our rights simply to recover part of our own money. The storage issue was handled similarly. Our construction schedule changed, and instead of working with us, the discussions centered on storage fees and additional charges. The storage company itself contacted us asking why PCD was charging us so much, as the amount being passed through was substantially higher than what the storage company was charging. (PCD doubled the fee!). Ultimately, I walked away from thousands of dollars they held as ransom because it was more important to retain my ability to honestly share this experience than to sign a release agreement with this company. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel future customers deserve to know there are other Crystal Cabinets dealers who provide significantly better design, far better customer service, and dramatically better value. We ultimately worked with Silicon Valley Dream Homes, received a much better design, and saved tens of thousands of dollars. I only wish we had found them first. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

I watched their interaction. It was very positive, formal, professional, nice, and friendly. I was respectfully waiting my turn. I looked around for the store for my item so that I could help them be more efficient and save time. After 5 minutes, I saw that all 3 workers are free. I was hoping one of them would help me, but I give them the benefit of the doubt that they might be busy. So I waited patiently. After 2 minutes, 2 of the female workers stared me down and walked away to their back corners and went to their computers as if I'm a peasant. Not sure what I did to deserve that. That leaves me with 1 guy left. I stand in proximity waiting for help. After another 3 minutes of standing in front of his desk, I respectfully ask for help. He then gives me attitude, and treated me very differently from other customers that I just watched when I entered the store. That was rude and fkd up. Wtf did I do to deserve that? I got profiled. Is it because I'm not white? Is it because I'm young, and people think that I'm broke? Is it because my clothing is dirty from working on a project? I left the store. It was frustrating and demoralizing. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I'm not coming back, and unless you're stereotyped as easy money, I don't think you deserve that treatment!
