Period. Don't. They will apologize if (and that is a big if) you catch them on phone, but then again won't respond. Lastly, they did not issue my refund or provide any communication on it, even after cancelling my policy. I have had to make 10+ calls, 10+ emails for a matter that should have been easy to address. Very dissappointed.

No, this is the time when you need help, and fast. Enter Tracy Stowell and Rob Barbine from the Rhoads Group, a dynamic duo affectionately known as "Team Trabert". Collectively they have over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, and boy does it show! But the most impressive thing about them is not just their shared head knowledge. By being the big sister, I'm probably harder on her than I would be on anyone else because I expect more from her than I do the average person. However I can honestly say that when it comes to her role as an agent, I literally could not be more proud. She is the epitome of who you want on the other end of the phone when you are in a crisis. Recently I was visiting her from my home in Portland, OR, and she received a phone call from a client on a Sunday. This is technically her day off, but she took the call anyways because she knew the client had an open claim for water damage in her home, and she wanted to make sure she was okay. The client was extremely upset about a particular situation, yet Tracy remained calm and helped to talk her through it and come up with possible solutions to remedy the issue. Why? Because she cares. Now this was not an unusual event for Tracy. No, I've seen her do it a million times. She regularly takes client calls on evenings, weekends, holidays, you name it. Bottom line is, when you need her, she is reachable. And because of her many years of experience, it's likely that she'll know the answer to your question on the first call. But even if she doesn't, she will not rest until she finds an answer, and then she will always follow back up with you. And what I mentioned before about insurance being boring? No, not with Tracy and Rob. They are both outgoing, engaging and fun to talk to on the phone, and even if the subject matter isn't always extremely captivating by itself, you'll still hang up feeling like you just had a great conversation with a good friend. So I guess my main point is, if you are looking for an insurance agent who's, knowledgeable, experienced, genuinely cares, and most of all, will always be there when you need them the most, give Tracy Stowell and Rob Barbine a call today. Even better, I got an automatic refund for 12 dollars less than the amount that was auto drafted. I ultimately canceled my policy with the Lester Mosley agency after one month, and after spending almost two weeks trying to get ahold of anyone that works there to change my policy. I sold the vehicle I started my policy with. I attempted numerous times over almost 2 weeks calling to get ahold of anyone that could help, no one would return my voicemails, the one time I got ahold of someone they said the agent I had been working with, Lauren, would have to take care of it and she'd call me back or email me, didn't receive calls or emails from her. I emailed her and got snide responses back, was told she'd take care of it and didn't respond for multiple days. I asked for a quote for changing vehicles at this point because of how weird their communication was, but before canceling my policy she updated it to the new vehicle. Ultimately I wasn't okay with working with an agency that's rude, incapable of being available for critical insurance needs, makes policy changes after specifically stating I just wanted a quote, and ultimately charges me after auto-pay has been turned off.
