Just a terrible place . Don't go there you will regret it. Also they put her retractable lead in the kennel with her. She's a six month old puppy who chews and eats everything! This has been the most stressful spay I've ever had done. I was in rescue for about 25 years and never has a vet tattooed my dogs EVER!!!!! TO the vet who marked my dog! You need to ask the owner if they want that tattoo. In essence your saying everyone who gets their dog fixed is going to lose their dog at some point and guess what I have NEVER lost a dog..I am an excellent dog handler and an excellent guardian to my pets. Ask before you tattoo!!!!!!!

She has a history of ear infections but this is the first time she's gotten a hematoma. They didn't do a culture test on her ear, and shoved a surgical plan at me, barely explained it, and wanted $800-1000 to treat an extremely common issue. I went ahead and put $150 down but they wanted the rest within 2 days. Not in this economy honey booboo. 3. When I went to pick-up my $150 refund, the receptionist dude smugly smiled and snakily said well hopefully your dog is okay. (Before anyone says anything I'm getting a second opinion from another vet, and have consulted with a vet tech friend. Hematomas are very common and if monitored and taken care can dissipate within 2 weeks. I've done a lot of research and tbh this just seemed like a money grab.) I will be looking for a new vet with more reasonable pricing. I truly don't believe they care about the animals anymore and that it is about the money.

Our dog was initially being treated at another clinic in Houston, TX, but they closed at 6:00 p.m. and did not have the after-hours staff needed to provide the critical care he required. Our regular veterinarian recommended this clinic because they have experienced emergency veterinarians available overnight, so we made the drive. Although our story didn't have the outcome we had hoped for, we would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care. We were truly impressed by the compassion, professionalism, and exceptional level of care our dog received. The team kept us informed with proactive updates, took the time to explain every step of his treatment in detail, and, most importantly, showed genuine care and compassion for both our dog and our family during an incredibly difficult time. If we have an after-hours emergency situation in the future, this is where we will bring our animals.
