My experience with Delta Garage Doors is this, Todd gave a fair bid, which other garage door companies that I had bids from were a thousand dollars plus for the same quality and style. I appreciated that fair honest bid, the other garage door companies were quick to lower there bid to get our business but I didn't like that about those companies. Todd was definitely on top of reaching out to me on how he can earn our business. Once we gave Todd our business, he took the deposit right away but then it was all silence after that. I had to continually reach out to Todd to see what was going on with our garage doors order and the schedule of install and that was frustrating. We finally got our two garage doors installed but they came into a problem with my double door, the eyes at the bottom of the door were not working properly. So the door could open up just fine it just couldn't close and they couldn't figure out why so he said I needed new eyes for the doors and he could come back and do that for me if we wanted him to. I asked him that next day if we could get scheduled for new eyes so I can actually use my door and how much it would cost and his response was this "1 million dollars" that's all he said to me, very unprofessional in my opinion. By the way, my husband was able to look at our garage door eyes and see that the wires just needed to be fixed which we were able to do in 5 mins with the existing wires and now are able to finally use our double door just fine. read more

Back in June 2022 I contacted Delta Garage for repair. Todd was quick and friendly to responded but that's about all the good I have to say. He claimed the problem I was having was the springs, he replaced them costing me almost $900. An hour after he left, it started doing the same thing. I made contacted with him and he promised a number of times to come back and look at it. One and a half months later he finally showed back up and found that he had "miss counted" when he tightened the springs. Again, not long after he left it started having issues. I contacted him again and was told he would come back out, haven't seen him yet. Seven months later, I am out almost $900 and my garage isn't any better now than the day he came out. read more

Little pricey, let me restate..........VERY pricey on a bid for a garage door opener................wanting to charge me almost $300.00 just for labor, if not more. Quoted me $650 to $795 total price for all the bells and whistles. I need a simple, two door garage opener , to open the door, thats it. No bells or whistles..........When I showed him prices for a standard garage door opener online, he told me those were for people not him?????? What am I??? He kept sending me messages after messages when I politely told him thank you. He was informing me he is retail business, and if i want to buy a retail garage door opener to go ahead and for me to call other companies and they will tell me the same thing, on quotes, all day long....... (which they have not), I was going to let this go, but he is still iming me as I am typing this up. he is saying to me "I" dont know how this all works, he is calling competetors and he is less than everyone else, he cant run a whole business to make 50 bucks. This guy is arguing with himself. The conversation was over for me a long time ago. If he is solid in his prices why is he still iming me? Let it go..................really. Its my money, and I have a choice where to spend it. I wouldnt do business with him, due to his attitude alone. You either want the business, or your trying to make a profit by overpricing women. Needing to find emergency repair on the Saturday before Christmas, I found Delta and immediately called because it was open on Saturday. Within 90 minutes, Todd was in the garage and attacking the problem full force. In less than 20 minutes it was not only totally repaired, but working better than before the "mishap". In fact, when Todd arrived he initially thought it was unrepairable. I watched him from start to finish and was totally blown away when he finished the repair. And to top it all off, when he handed me the bill, I was in shock. I asked him if he was Clarence the angel from Its A Wonderful Life! Had Delta come to replaced broken springs on my garage door and adjust alignment issues that made it very loud. They arrived when they said they would, replaced the broken parts and got it working again at a very fair price. Todd, the owner, was very good to work with. Delta Garage Doors was first of only two companies to answer the phone onsunday. on the second ring no less. I had 2 quotes for sunday emergency service. i knew it would be more but i had to get out to church for baby blessing. the first quote from a company i wont mention was $599 WoW. I called Delta Garage door he was at 309.00 for sunday service on a regular day much lower he said. but we couldnt wait. in 30 minutes he was here, done in 15 after he arrvied. great great great. home from church now. wouldnt have made it without Delta. door works. that's about all i can say. Dude was an ass. leaving hardware and trash everywhere. He was going to clean up, yeah at 8 pm?? The landlord was too cheap to pay for hardware?? i guess that is why the owner paid 35$ for next day air check for payment because it is from an estate...what ever, then he gets nasty making comments about the stuff in my garage, I do have stuff, lots of stuff, none of it was in his way, cry baby. And all this time he was raising his voice screaming he was doing "Us" a favor... If you don't like to work, go on welfare...And a pocket full of money? I can't tell. read more

THE WORST. Having called Todd daily for a week, leaving multiple messages, talking to him personally 3x, and having him promise absolutely (with definite times) that he would be here--not! Spent my two days off work waiting for his promised time, and never came....garage door doesn't work. It is a simple installation problem, that apparently he has no intention to cover. These are good people and did they did an ok job. I want to give them a 5 star review but, the ceiling texture in my kitchen did not match as well as I wanted. You probably would not notice unless I showed you but, it is not the same like texture. I want to give them a 5 star so I can get a $20 amazon gift card, but it is not a 5 star job. I must say writing this review does not make me happy because I was trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I paid them to do a simple garage repair on a rental unit. They did this work, but 3 weeks later, the same problem occurred. I tried for a week straight to call this company and get someone to call me back. I never received a call back. I finally received a call over a week later after a final attempt to contact them, and was informed that the repair would be rectified that day. 2 days later, and that never happened. They also have not returned phone calls during that time. Their customer service is appalling at best. I try not to make judgments about a company, but after all this, it seems to me that they are doing shoddy work and not caring enough to fix that work. read more
