I called them again the next day, and a Chinese woman answered the phone. She said that there was a fee for door-to-door maintenance. I said that it was because your workers did not install it after changing the filter water, and the water was a little flow. If it didn't flow outside, it would not be found. She said it's been a month, because it didn't happen before, and they didn't tell me that there was a deadline. This Chinese woman's attitude is very unfriendly, saying that the machine is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. But the worker didn't say that he needed to replace it. The driver was aggressively passing vehicles in the canyon, driving recklessly, and forcing other vehicles off the road. This type of behavior is dangerous and could have easily resulted in a serious accident. When an employee is driving a company vehicle, they are representing the business, and unfortunately, this driver's actions reflected very poorly on the company and demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for public safety. I hope the company takes this matter seriously, investigates the incident involving vehicle license plate #36795B3, and reminds its employees that no destination is worth risking the safety and lives of others on the road.
