I like the service provided by Emily F by cleaning up our front door lock and adjusted it. She had every tool she needed with her and she did a clean job of servicing the lock. She advised us not to change the locking system as it is in a good shape and new ones are not the best. Her suggestion saved me at least $300 if I can find the exact lock as they don't make it any more. I like Emily's honesty and integrity in doing business. I had gone through three other lock sets without getting them to work. They would start out okay and then something would happen that made the key get stuck.
