Called Emily on Tuesday, and she was out there the next day ready to go. Showed her the locks I wanted rekeyed and one lock that I wanted a coded lock on; which she intervened and advised me that I didn't need it; but if I really wanted it, she would install. Followed her advice. She also fixed the deadbolt hole so it would lock better...All in all, great price, great service and saved me hours of swearing at the lock gods. I had been having trouble with the door knob sticking from the laundry room to the garage and it had been replaced just a couple of weeks earlier. It wouldn't turn to open at times but literally fell off while I had a guest staying with me, and we couldn't have access to my garage from inside the house. Based on her recommendations, I looked into the lock sets and placed and order. I let her know that I would get her to install them once they arrived.
