Outstanding experience today. I called at 8am and talk to staff about trouble with car beyond just the muffler. The staff were all very kind in explaining the service I May require and would check the car first before Starting any work! Wow! I am a single parent and glad to find an auto shop that want take advantage of lady and my limited knowledge of car repairs. Excellent turn around time! I work at the VA and explained over the phone I commute over an hour away. Mechanic JUSTIN reassured me he would have my car ready before I got off work, 4pm. A man of his word, my car was ready before 2pm!!! People, I can't. Say enough about my experience. Oh and as for the cost.... hands down the most economical price I have ever paid on repairs!!! Then Justin the mechanic listed estimates on the return service Repairs I requested! Again OUTSTANDING!!! I recommend this shop highly and I plan to return in 1-2 days with another car!
