This is my second visit to Tire Depot. The staff is kind and courteous. The waiting area and auto bays are clean and tidy. You can tell the staff cares about providing quality service. The prices are reasonable too. I visited a competitor about a year ago and their ladies day discount was almost the same as Tire Depot's regular price. They replaced my alternator with no problem. However, they did not reset the idle speed so the car was almost stalling out. I knew what to do to reset it, but the average person wouldn't have a clue which could result in a trip back to the shop. read more

Highly recommend! Nice clean place, fast, friendly, organized and honest. Came in from out of town to take care of my daughters car. Only drove the car for a few miles to get it there told them we needed an alignment and brakes. They did the alignment and instead of just doing the brakes and charging us they checked them out and said they were fine. Have been a customer of Tire Depot for years, have always found them to be competent, affordable, and prompt. This past Memorial Day I had a car issue that needed quick attention, but Tire Depot was closed that day. Alas, I chose to go to a competitor who shall remain nameless (but whose name is curiously like "Flamerock") ;-) It was a simple tire replacement issue, should have been done in less than a day. Yet it took them *3 days* to get to it. In the process, they messed with one of the timing belts, I could hear it every time I started the car after I picked it up. I tried to contact them, and no one picked up the phone after multiple tries. I then called Tire Depot and brought it in, on a Saturday no less. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes, and it was inexpensive to boot. I have learned my lesson - this is the best place in town for car repair, period. The other place will never get my business again, and Tire Depot is my go-to no matter what. read more

stopped by today to have my tire repaired. There was no prices for tire repair on the signs in the customer area. Was not expecting to pay $45 for this service. That is half the price of a new tire for my vehicle. Will not be returning To this place. If you are going to charge this much to fix a tire you should have that very high price listed on your prices. read more

These guys put some new tires on for me back in June. Over Labor Day, I started to put new pads and rotors on my car when I noticed that one of the lug nuts on a wheel was cross threaded so badly that I couldn't remove it without possibly breaking a stud. I also drive a late model Accord, and they are notoriously difficult to do something as simple as replace a lug stud due to the brake shielding and proximity of the wheel assembly to the rear of the tire mount. Long story short, this was quite a pickle. I emailed Sunday afternoon, and they were closed mind you on Sunday and for Labor Day. Within an hour, the manager, Jeff Wall, responded and told me to bring it in for a fix. No arguments, no negotiation, just, "Let us make it right." Got it to them at 9:30 today, and by 11 they had it done on the house. Killer customer service there, and they pretty much have a customer as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend. read more

We have been using tire depot for years. This week we had another great experience. My husband purchased his tires in 2016 and had had his oil change and tire rotations done at tire depot. Well his tires wore out before the Mileage. Jeff was so nice and was able to get us a new set from the manufacturer for a discount. He got the tires today and was able to get them on his truck this afternoon. Just in time to move our daughter back to college next week! I ordered two Nexen Tires for my Ford. The tires came very quick. When I came the next day, they put the new tires on in 30 mins. I didn't have to wait long. Plus, the tires were reasonably priced. I will be back. Trust that! read more

Do not go to this store, my daughter bought a set of 4 tires less than a month ago, she has had two Flats on the tires since, the lady owner is extremely rude and refused to work with us in any way on repairing the brand new tires and only wanted to sell my daughter a new tire, after having a bad feeling from talking to the owner I had my daughter take the tire to another dealership and our worst fears were confirmed they were trying to take advantage of a young girl there was nothing wrong with the tire, what they wanted to charge a young girl $200 for was fixed for $10, we have documented all this and will be turning these people in to the proper authorities, do not let your loved ones be taking advantage of at this store read more

I won't be returning. Kelly is rude and not very customer friendly. I requested two tires and was done in about 2 hours. I returned home only to find out that they put the incorrect tires on my car and they were way too small. I informed Kelly of the issue and I was treated as if I was the problem. Not to mention the tires were way over priced. Kelly didn't apologize for my inconvenience and I waited at least 3 hours for them to correct the error. That's the last dime they will receive from me. read more

Literally took them over 5 hours to replace 4 tires on my truck. No free coffee or water. Just 5 hours of sitting

I've been coming here the past 4.5 years. They always do a good job, fast and for a good price. Recently I went on vacation and upon returning, my car had a flat and couldn't move it to get the tire replaced. Their shop is nearby so they sent someone over to look at my car. They pumped in some air, moved it to their shop and told me that my tire was fine. I just had a little dent on my rim that needed to be welded which gave out air. They fixed it within a day and got my car back to me. I love how honest they were, my welding didn't cost as much as a new tire. I really appreciate their work! read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They really rip you off. I went in there to get one windshield wiper fixed and had to spend $417. $250 for a part because a bushing was broke on the transmission of the windshield wiper and you couldnt buy the bushing alone so you had to buy the whole assembly. He priced it at $205. After the fact I priced it online and it was only a $96-$100 part. Then on top of that charged $142 just for labor that DIDNT even take an hour to fix. By the time i got back to work, they were calling me telling me it was fixed and still had to go get the part. Then my mom tried going in there that same day with 2 nails in her tire and they told her she needed a brand new tire that they could not plug it. She went to gateway and the men there said obviously they didnt know what they were talking about and plugged her tire and everything was fine. I DO NOT recommend this place by all means!!! read more
