I paid for a Super Kiss Plus plan and come to find out that Delta Sonic has been doing a basic wash on my car all winter. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage read more

And they have free vacuums and if you remember of the monthly club, you get to go to an indoor service area where you can vacuum your car, dry it off, clean out your car or whatever you need to do. Ahhh love this chain for their great prices and services. Came here last month upon arrival in town. They always do amazing job. Cleaned the road grimes off the car and dead bugs off the windshield. Always have a happy experience with then and always return whenever we are in town. With every package deal, you can come back for a free wash touchup (even their most basic wash deal)! It was the first 70 degree day in March, as we know in Buffalo this is THE day we all look forward to every year after a long winter. Car washes are usually very busy since we all have the same idea about what needs to be done. I am always impressed with how this location can expedite the process of getting people in and out quickly. As you wait in line there are masked reps coming by each car offering different car wash and package options, answering questions and getting your payment long before you are close to the front of the line. The car wash came out great, I have 2 more washes I can use in 2 weeks which is awesome, and they have people on site to hand dry your car before you leave. Remember to tip them as they do a great job and work very hard. In addition to car washes they also offer many tiers of interior and exterior detailing packages. These are by appointment and I have had great experience here with that in the past as well. Went through the wash today but when I was done I noticed what appeared to be tree sap all over the back of my car, I went back, they sent me through the wash again without question but this time Luke was drying my car and went the extra mile. He sprayed tree sap remover and scrubbed with a sponge until it was all gone then carefully and meticulously wipe down the car from front to back. Great location with Brick Oven cafe and Tim Hortons inside. The inside is huge and there are tons of shopping options inside as far as snacks and drinks. This location does have some risks with it's busy parking lot since it's on the corner between two very busy roads at the five corners. Well, I had ton of bird poop on the vehicle. This isn't my usual place to get it washed but it was convenient. The wash seemed really good but the dryers, were not as nearly nice or hard working as the Ridge Rd location. My windows still had bugs on them and when we asked them to scrub to get my window clean they were like - that is not what we do - we only dry. Well I will be back within 5 days to get a rewash - hoping I will get a cleaner car when I leave this time. This is not the norm for them, but disappointed in the service. read more

I purchased the through rug and seat shampoo for my truck for $108 altogether with taxes! The wait was over an hour of which I'm not sure why because there were only two other vehicles in front of me. I had a couple of stains I needed cleaned, and the rest was very minor, stuff a vacuum could get. So not too difficult. I was asked in the beginning, what scent I wanted and in the end I didn't receive any! I noticed the cup holders in the back were not touched, along with the passenger seat! I had to ask for a cleaning cloth to help clean the passenger side where nothing had been touched at all. For the money definitely not worth it, especially when you have to help get it cleaned, and put your truck back together again! read more

On any given sunny day this place is packed to the gills. Its easy to see why. Delta sonic has the cheapest gas and car washes along with some of the best prices on auto detailing in the area. I recently took them up on an interior detail offer when my son spilled....just about everything in the back seat of our car. For just 39 bucks they did a quick detail and a carpet shampoo. The car looked better than new when I got it 30 minutes later. Great job! I bought my wife a nice, (but used,) car -cash. She hates car payments, so we fixed that. But the real fix needed, was the interior. It. Was. Filthy. The cars got some years, and I doubt whoever owned it cared the least for the interior. 8 years of grime, build up, and generalized "disgusting," occupied every cup holder nook, and floor carpet crannie that you can imagine. My wife didn't know this, she travelled for business when I bought her this mess, and the big reveal was to occur when she got home. This called for an interior cleaning to save my soul. I reached out to the folks at Delta, expressed my dilemma/needs, and indicated the urgency as she was due home later that day. Did I say it was Mother's Day weekend too?? So here we go... Delta to the rescue. In a few hours time, the cars original glory was resurrected. [insert hallelujah chorus here] Shiny leather, glistening dash, carpets and floor mats begging for a new driver; this car was smiling wide on the inside and I felt confident my wife would now too! It smelled newer than new, and if it were a cat, it was purring from the attention to detail they paid it. I can't say enough for the return on my investment. I feel like it added thousands in value to the car based on appearance, and it made me feel like the car was now a very sound investment. I go to Delta Sonic multiple times per week, and I love every minute of it. Gas Station: Very reasonable gas prices. Also if you have their rewards card, there are gas discounts. Depending on whether you subscribe to various services or memberships, it can be a discount of 5¢-15¢ per gallon, which adds up. Car Wash/ Interior Detailing: This is where the real value is. I personally subscribe to the monthly "super pass", which allows you unlimited touchless car washes, and your own queue line to bypass the regular customers. It's affordable, and if you're obsessive about keeping your car clean, it is well worth it. Regardless of whether you're a member or just casually stopping by, the quality and professionalism of the cleaning is top notch. The interior detailing isn't included in the monthly plan, but for an affordable price, they do an awesome job. Another really great feature is that with any car wash or interior detail, they give you a free return trip. In other words, you get a second wash free within 5 days, and for interior, you get a free 2nd cleaning within 30 days. Convenience Store: Delta Sonic goes above and beyond in this area too. They have the usual gas station fare. They also include a Subway and a Dunkin' Donuts in house. The bathrooms are very clean. The waiting areas are very nice. We had the superior cleaning done on our car a few weeks ago. It was a horrible job and done terribly. After talking to manager they promised they would have one of their best workers do it over at no charge. Katelyn did the job this time. We just moved here from Colorado where the road crews do not utilize salt. With that being said, I knew we would need to frequently have our car washed to prevent rust and decay. The day we first tried Delta Sonic was a warm day after the temperatures began to climb above 30F. This place was packed with cars and for good reason! The line wasn't terribly slow, and was genuinely faster than what I expected it to be. The pricing was amazing! For around $20 (I don't remember the exact amount) we got three car washes (1 per week) which is a lot to be said considering we used to pay $12 per single wash in Colorado! Furthermore, we decided to add the Rain-X exterior detail at the end of the wash and were satisfied with the performance considering we had a terrible blizzard hit a few days later! The one thing that didn't impress me was the crew working the wash. The gentleman deciding when to send cars in to the wash was a little too trusting of the consumer. Had my wife not been actively paying attention at the end of the wash and immediately accelerated we likely would have been rear-ended by the car coming through after us. Too close for comfort, regardless of how many people need to go through the wash, if the person behind me in the wash hits my car, Delta Sonic will have to be at fault considering it's an automated wash and they control the gap between the cars! read more

I just went thru the 10 minute interior clean and I guess it's my fault for not checking the job done before leaving, but it looks like all they did was vacuum. The windows weren't clean, the dashboard and console were still coated with dust. The cup holders were sticky and dirty. I had my 91 yr old mom with me so I didn't take the time to go back. Drove all the way back and they couldn't find them even though it had been less than 1/2 hour. There was another guy reporting the same thing. I live in the NYC area and for $20 regularly get an A+ wash and interior clean with wheels and the interior hand done in 15 minutes. Took the car through twice here and still dirt behind wheel wells, brake dust in wheels and I skipped the hour wait for interior. That still cost $20! This place thinks it's highly efficient with air compressors etc - that's just not a substitute for actual cleaning and just a lot of smoke and mirrors for the customer. Terrible product and ridiculously expensive for anywhere let alone upstate NY - how does this place stay in business - I guess lack of competition. read more

Consumer Beware **** Just wanted to inform all customers of Delta Sonic's policy for when a customers car develops a crack in their windshield after going through their car wash. You will not be reimbursed / covered for any the cost to have it replaced. Instead you will wait 10 days only to receive a $25 gift card and copy of a bulletin from the ICA (International Carwash Association) and advised to submit a claim with you insurance company. The bulletin from the ICA outlines how there research has found no evidence that car washes cause damage to windshields under normal operation. I would like to point out that said bulletin or any disclaimer notice is not posted on the premises or available on their website. The bulletin goes on to say that the only way a crack in a windshield would occur is if there was an existing chip or crack in the windshield prior and that "water pressure can, in some instances, contribute to the damage." My car had no visible chip or crack in my windshield before entering the wash but the letter did state that even the smallest, microscopic chip when combined with temperature change can cause the glass to crack. So I guess everyone should be inspecting the glass on their cars with a microscope before getting their car washed. One thing that my denial letter or ICA bulletin does not address is the temperature of the water that is being used during the Carwash. There is no doubt that the extreme temperature change caused the crack in my windshield. I feel that Delta Sonic does have the ability / responsibility to adjust the temp of their water to fluctuate with current outside temperature. This would help prevent small microscopic chips from transforming into a crack the runs down the center of your glass. As for the statement on the letter that says "glass is covered under the comprehensive portion of the policy and there is no deductible," I would like to point out that most insurance policy will treat a glass claim as a accident which could cause you to be put into the risk pool and potentially see a increased cost on you payment. When I filled out my incident report I was told most claims are processed in 3-5 business days, I waited 8. I called a few times and was told that the customer service reps were reviewing the security footage to determine if my glass had any existing damage prior to going through the wash. I specifically asked the rep if they had high quality cameras that could detect such a chip or crack. The rep said they did. I then asked if it was found that no prior damage was visible on the footage, would delta sonic cover the cost to replace the glass, to which he replied yes. Please tell me why it took 8 days for you to review the footage only to be denied which looks like a standard response. read more

We took it to Delta Sonic for thier Professional Detail (inside & out for $129.99), and added an Enging steam clean for $49.99. The job was not perfect (what is these days), but it was soooo much better than it was. So I just had an interior cleaning done. I was rushing to get back to work so when I parked the car at work and looked at what was done, I honestly can't see it. The carpet had still crumbs and dog hair on it. The car seats have not been touched. There is a spill on one of the car seats (that could have been wiped of with a wet cloth) that is still there. There is still a McDonald's burger wrapper on the back seat. Also none of the door compartments or cup holders have been cleaned. The only thing that I can see was done, is some spilled make up powder that was wiped off the middle console. I am truly disappointed.
