I came here for an inspection. They failed me and quoted me at $1800 in repairs in order to pass, they then quoted me an additional $1500 minimum repair for my AC unit. I left, went elsewhere, passed for $400 in repairs and all they needed to do was put fluid in my AC. Four months later, AC still works great and everything is just fine. Would not recommend this repair shop because they manipulate billing to benefit them and vehicles are not safe here. When you pick up your car, your keys may be left unattended on the front desk for anyone to steal. Do not go here for a repair estimate as they will charge $70 minimum calling it " well.. a half hour of labor plus a little diagnostics." Their rates read: Labor $105.95 and Diagnostics $129.95. I have used Bison Automotive for the following services: Oil changes New Alternator Transmission Flush New tires (On my second set of tires from Bison) Windshield Wiper Fluid Dispenser I have been using Bison Automotive for almost 2 years now. I wholeheartedly trust the owner (Bob) and his staff. The staff is competent and honest. No work has ever been done on my car without a consult from Bob. I honestly will never take my car anywhere else as long as they are in business. Bob and his staff recently changed all my tires and replaced them with All Season Tires. It was a hefty penny, but I did receive a $25 gift certificate on my next service with them to include a $60 dollar gift card. Can't beat that. Just be careful when you go to the establishment with parking. The gas station next door does not like it when you park in their parking lot. The parking lot in the establishment is VERY tight and few in between. read more

If you did a diagnostic you would know the head gasket blew and you had prior knowledge because I told you the radiator was replace because the car was overheating you also saw receipts left in the vehicle. You never told me the head gasket blew when I towed it to the dealership that is when I found out you ripped mYou are very dishonest and unprofessional but this matter is no longer in my hands I answer to a higher and trust me he will deal with people like you. The car didn't start after you replaced the spark plugs and how you had no knowledge when you was shown paperwork fr pepboy stating the radiator was replaced a couple days prior to being towed to you? Not to happy about that. I have no way of knowing if the issues were accurate so I'm giving them the benefit of doubt with that part of this. Went in for my inspection the other day, I was dreading getting it done and nervous I might not pass. It was my first time at Bison, as soon as I pulled in I was given great service. Filled out my paperwork and not even 2 minutes later my car was taken back. Spent a short amount of time in the waiting room before my car was brought back. Passed the inspection! They let me know I should just change my wipers soon. I told them I had a set but didn't know how to put them on and they offered to put them on for me on the spot. I went to this place with an old car that I had about three or four times in 2010 and 2011 with a complaint of the same rattle around the right front. They fixed the tie rod and just about anything but the shocks and years later I realized that I had a broken shock, stupid me, but I'm not understanding why they didn't fix it.
