I did so, yet numerous attempts to follow up with him went unanswered. Phone calls, emails, and text messaging were all ignored. My brother Thomas, finally reached Gino on the phone, and Gino told him to call back in 15 minutes. Gino did not answer the phone and has never returned the phone call. Anyone reading this should take this as a stern warning not to get involved with this company. They are terribly uncaring and unreliable.

Top quality, reasonable price, incredibly fast, and on top of all that nice and easy to work with. For more detail I should write some background. When we moved to Croton in 2019, we had plans for updating and customizing our home. We tried really hard to find good contractors, having had bad experiences in the past. Unfortunately we kept having one bad experience after another. Bad quality, unfinished work, open permits, huge delays, big increases in cost from the estimates, and in general headaches for us to deal with. Fernando came in and fixed all our problems. Other contractors took 3 months to grade, install a basic stone wall, and dig a hole for a rain garden. Then they quoted us $45k to finish the work. When we said that was too high they left us with a mess. Fernando took 6 days to do that same work for half the cost. Then on top of that he fixed a huge mistake the other crew made on the rain garden and installed a good system that makes us much more confident our home is protected from big storms. The whole time he was much more transparent about materials and cost and timing than anyone else we dealt with. We're hoping that he's available for all our future projects and so happy that we finally found such a great contractor.
