I ultimately settled on a peanut butter-banana coffee cake and a chocolate croissant. The croissant was buttery but dense rather than light and flaky. That density extended to the coffee cake as well, where it was more welcome. The peanut butter-banana combo made for a winning pair, and the topping was tasty as well. Maybe it needed to be shook before being mixed, the milk:chai ratio was off, or it's just not that spicy. All-in-all, a passable chai but not really memorable nor craveable.
