The concentrate brand was, "Sanctuary Chai" which I've never tried, and the blend was "Spicy Honey Chai" so I figured it'd have that honey-sweet tang and hopefully a good hit of spice. I was correct on the honey-sweetness, but the spice level was on the lower end of the spiciness scale. Maybe it needed to be shook before being mixed, the milk:chai ratio was off, or it's just not that spicy. All-in-all, a passable chai but not really memorable nor craveable. The shop is cozy-cute, the staff are fast, friendly, and welcoming, but the chai is just meh. I regret not ordering a scone.

I called the store to coordinate a delivery of pastries to a coworker dealing with a death in her family and had the pleasure of speaking with Gary. He was extremely professional, friendly, patient and helpful. He promptly sent me an email invoice and even followed up with a photo of the finished tray (looked delicious).
