Kickin A/C showed up 3 hrs after my call and fixed it. While here they also serviced the downstairs unit. Turns out the upstairs unit was low on freon and had a bad capacitor, a bad drain cap and the drain was partially clogged. The AC service person told me to pour 1 cup of regular white distilled vinegar down each drain plug with the monthly ac filters change to keep the drains clean. I was informed the downstairs unit had adequate freon and that the coils were clean. Kickin AC is reliable, super honest, easy on the budget and very quick to respond. This is my 4th year using them for all my heating and cooling needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Being Friday, December 29th, I was unsure if we would have any hot water for the long holiday weekend. After contacting three other companies and being told that Wednesday was the soonest someone could make it (one company even said they could "pencil me in for the first week of February") I was able to contact A&B at 3:00pm. Not only did they send Brandon out that afternoon, he was able to get into the unit and find that the igniter was dirty and just needed cleaning. While some people would have seen this as an opportunity to upsell a new control system or even a whole new water heater, he was able to make the repair with no new parts. I must say that this was well worth the $140 cost of a service call! A&B are my new go-to company for plumbing repairs.
