I needed this work done on rather short notice. I had made arrangements with another cleaning company but once they got there and saw the condition, they told me it required a deep clean and that would be a higher charge and it would require their specialized deep cleaning service. We agreed on a price, day and time for that service. When I specified things that I wanted to make sure came out clean, All of a sudden their specialized deep cleaning service was not available and I was told I would need to use another service. In other words, they could not live up to their promise and backed out of the agreement. I was left hanging and reached back out to Natalie who I had been in contact with previously. I explained the entire situation to her and she assured me that impeccable touch could get it done for me, at that price and when I needed it done. Her communication with me was excellent. The crew was there on time and worked for many hours to get the place as clean as I needed it. They even came back the next day to make sure everything was as I had asked. I could not recommend a business more highly than impeccable touch. They are as professional, capable and reliable as any service I have ever dealt with and I am not a kid anymore, unfortunately. Natalie herself is the kind of business person that I totally respect and I'm sorry to say there aren't enough of nowadays. A person that lives up to their word and does what they say they will do.
