This company earns five stars for customer service, and their work is excellent. Pacifico was able to schedule next-day service--on Sunday of a holiday weekend--so my family could move back in after repairs. Contractors left a fine coat of drywall dust on everything in my home, and he and his professional crew of 7 (all wearing masks and gloves) carefully wiped down every wall, every window, and every item on every surface in the entire house. Floors were mopped multiple times. Even the light bulbs were cleaned. They were careful, thorough and very cheerful. I hired Swan to do a move-out cleaning when I sold my home. They arrived promptly with a good sized crew and did a very thorough job. I've almost had the water turned off early and they quickly adapted and filled numerous buckets so they could do the job anyway. They came and cleaned for me today and did a great job. My place was a huge mess and parts were very dirty. It looks great now. They were really thorough. Moved the couches to clean under them. Got all of the dust out of here. Cleaned the fan blades, blinds, and slatted doors really well. They were good with my dog. They were also very flexible with me and all of the unusual issues and requests I had due to my building being in the middle of being painted. Very communicative throughout the process. We discovered Swan Janitorial Cleaning Service via a yelp search. We live in NYC and we needed a cleaning company to clean my father-in-law's condo in Lakeworth after he became ill. Despite the fact that he had only been in the condo for month, we learned from neighbors that it was extremely dirty. Mr. Lima, the owner of the company, responded to our inquiries immediately. He was compassionate, professional and went above and beyond to help us. He had infinite patience and had to go twice to condominium office to retrieve keys as we were not able to meet him. He took before and after photos for us. When we finally arrived at the condo several days later, we were so impressed with the job he and his employees did. Every inch of the condo was spotless. The fridge looked brand new. Valuables and cash were left secured in the home, with a text from Mr Lima noting the location. They were scheduled to come to clean my house today and were not able to come because they never asked for my phone number or address until they were on the way to my house and I was at work and couldn't respond immediately. Now, I need to go home and clean my house after I get home from work at 9 pm tonight because I have company coming tomorrow. Unprofessional. ADDENDUM: as a cleaning company, you would think you would have ensured you had all needed info prior to driving to my home. You contacted me and I did respond. You claim to not have received my reply. In addition, I am a nurse in a hospital where cell phones are not allowed to be used on the patient areas (98% of my day). That is why I CONTACTED YOU THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM you were still coming the next day. No options were provided to me. I could go on, but I feel it's a waste of time. This company did a great job cleaning the home I just purchased in Weston. I opted for their "move-in deep clean" special and they cleaned everything from top to bottom. They cleaned the ceiling fans and behind the stove and fridge as well as all the basic stuff. They did such a great job that I referred them to my sister in law who just bought a house in Pembroke Pines and she said they did a great job too!
