Got in, pinned everything within 10 minutes and was out the door. Dress was ready for pick up by Monday after 5PM. EXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end. I took two of my husband's t-shirts and a polo to be dry cleaned. I dropped off on Thursday at 3:30 and it was ready next day Friday at 2pm. The drop-off /pick-up process is fast and easy. They offer Apple Pay and you can also choose to pay after dropping off your items or at pick up. As soon I dropped off the items I received a text with a link so I can track my order. When my items were ready, I also received a text letting me know I can pick up the items. I've been here a few times it's $5 extra if you want something done the same day. I came back a few weeks ago for the same alteration I've done in the past not only did they want to charge me $30 instead of the $15 the girl at the register was very rude & told me I was suppose to pay $5 For same day which( I already knew )gave me an attitude because her boss was the one who did my transaction & didn't charge me the extra $5 not my fault. Service was good but the alteration's were done incorrectly I was almost debating the woman on how far out to alter the jeans. When I picked them back up, they were done incorrectly as i feared and then I brought them back to fix and they did kind of like a makeshift fix where they pinch the fabric and then sewed up the ends so now when I wear the pants the jean scratches up against my skin and it's very uncomfortable. I asked a simple question over the phone and she started blatantly yelling at me and I understand if you have a bad day that's OK...but there's no reason for you to almost scream over the phone and treat your customers that way when they have been loyal to you For two years. Mind you, that woman has always helped me and welcomed me & my business but something in her that day came out. And I don't think that's how you should treat any of your customers let alone someone who has brought YOU so much business. I hope this interaction that I had never happens again with any of your customers, especially when I just asked one simple question. These people are life savers! I conceived before my wedding. 2 weeks before my wedding the dress officially did not fit. I was stressed out and crying, I got a quote elsewhere and it was almost as much as my dress was. I decided to come here for another quote and it was a way better deal and they were providing the same services and dry cleaning my dress on top of that! They had me try it on 3 days prior to my wedding to make sure it fit, they had to make a little more adjustment on my thigh but I picked it up day before my wedding and it fit perfectly! This was my first time using dry cleaning services. I needed someone to assist me with tailoring some pants that I got. I came to deluxe cleaners and had a fantastic experience. They had a dressing room where I could try on the pants and the seamstress took me in right away and did her magic once I saw how the pants would fit I was so excited. Pick up was exactly how they said it would be there were no delays which was great! I have the option to either pay when I dropped off my pants or when I pick them up. I chose to pay up front. They even gave me a 15% discount for being a first-time customer. I didn't even have to ask for it. They are very kind and helpful. I came in wanting some pants altered that I had just bought for a business meeting. I was leaving for out of town the next day and asked if there was anyway for them to complete my alterations that day. I only had to wait 15 minutes and then my pants were altered! And for only $20. He said he's been a customer for a couple years and he's always been absolutely happy. Great Customer Service, I called and and the lady I spoke with was extremely polite. I asked her how soon I should have my clothes back, I though she said 3pm next day, but when I arrived she said 5. I explained how I worked earlier than that, and she offered for me to pick them up and the home location by 1pm. I agreed, went there at 12:45, the gentleman man went to check on my items. Came back said they needed more time, I went to my car to wait, at approx 1:07pm the man brought the clothes out to me, to my car. Definitely on the expensive side tho. $4.50 for each dress shirt and same for dress pants (maybe off by few cents) Most other places being under $3. read more
