She's been my cleaners and tailor since then:). Daisy is always reasonably priced and cleans/presses my clothes very well. The tailoring is an added benefit of going to her. I haven't had her tailor a suit to me yet but I plan on doing it someday. Another perk is she gets the clothes done in a decent time. Drop them off on Monday and get them back on Thursday. She has help (perhaps family?) but not always. She does a great job all around. Tailors are very expensive, especially good ones and aren't easily found in the HD. Give Daisy a try and I think you'll be satisfied.

And, I also liked that they have a wet floor sign and how they move the carts to the side to keep the space safe and accessible to people passing through. I appreciated that even if they could have asked me to move my cart, they took care of it and just let me load my laundry and chill. Then, after I washed my load, they directed to the closest available dryer, which was also appreciated. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was dirty and looked like trash had been swept under machines. But, I liked that they were good about dusting their washers consistently and keeping them in working order. I also like how they regularly clean their dryer filters. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. If the floors were more thoroughly cleaned, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than the floors, I love the warm and welcoming vibe at this place so for that, I would come again. I've been to a few laundromats but none of them have been as friendly and accommodating as this one. So just on their vibe alone, I'd say this is my favorite one.

I spent about $30 to wash and dry , but could have been less if I didn't wash and dry all 3 separately . The worker continued to yell at my mom as well as push her rug off the counter and continued to shove her out of the store as she kept saying "no! Go!" While my mom kept trying to tell her to not touch her because she wasn't doing anything and couldn't even communicate properly with her because she doesn't speak English. The owner Robert said there was nothing he could do and if I didn't pay in full he would keep the pants. Not to mention the pants cost $40 yet alterations cost $54. He was very rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. He yelled at me in front of everyone. I'm going to file a claim with the better business bureau but i wish there was more I could do. It was an extremely stressful situation and he scared me with his threatening tone. Please don't ever go here!
