Their attention to detail was superb. After wrapping up, Nelly walked me through and pointed out what they focused on and asked if they had missed anything. I've never had professional cleaning done and Nelly made the whole process so easy. I even messed up and had taken out the wrong amount of cash and she was totally fine with my venmoing the last chunk to her. She didn't seem even annoyed! Floors didn't seem to be mopped well, showers not scrubbed well, chrome fixtures not shined, stove top not shining. Furniture was moved to clean and not placed back to where it belongs, no beds were made, no towels straightened, several places left undusted. Very disappointed. I was able to have a conversation with the owner who apologized and explained that they are a newer business and that expectations should have been clarified as they don't make beds. She offered a discount since I had to replace my furniture and finish straightening up for my guests. I will try them again in the future because of the customer service and caring.
