Scheduled an appointment took time off from work to go to this appointment just because the news said there is going to be snow tomorrow they have closed.... no worries on how they inconvenienced anyone who has taken a day off of work just to go see the doctor! Now what happens if it doesn't even snow? Or we get less than a inch??? So inconvenience your patients cause a small amount of snow??? And then on top of that no office manager to speak too???? This is a shame... a state of emergency wasn't even called and I'm getting called a day before to be told my appointment can't be done?? Cause your afraid of snow??? I thought I was presently in New Jersey which has been getting snow since I was a child(90s). When I was a child we got triple the amount of snow and the world didn't stop but nowadays the weather man says it's going to snow then we close everything up??? Look elsewhere for a dentist... the amount of money you have to spend here you should not be inconvenienced one bit! It's called customer/patient service! 5 stars isn't enough to rate Dr. Godko and his entire office. I've been in treatment with him for about 3 years & not only him but all of his staff has gotten me through SO MUCH dental anxiety, from the front desk, to his assistant & of course the amazing hygienist Alex. Over coming dental anxiety is honestly life changing. I used to be the annoying patient that never showed up to appointments or canceled in fear and now I can walk in for any appointment with no hesitation. Of course, general anxiety is present, but EVERYONE in there will make you feel so comfortable, secure, and you gain so much knowledge from all of them. This is really an amazing dental team! This is by far, the best dentist office I've been too. Dr Godko fixed my crowns, that a previous office had done a bad job with. This place does not up sell me on things I dont want. I'm a nervous person and the dental hygienist there do a nice job calming my nerves. I also love the TV over the chair while I'm being worked on.
