Let me just start off by saying that I really hated going to the dentist until I came to this Dentist office. What I enjoy most about this dentist office is the quality of the service that is provided everytime. I remember my first appointment with Dr. Ibrahim like it was yesterday. I walked in and I told him all about my bad experiences with dentist in the past and he assured me that it would be OK; he was right. Just a few examples of how AMAZING Dr. Ibrahim and his team are: I had a route canal done in his office and returned right to work following the procedure. Everyone in the office was so surprised at how well I was doing. I was in Florida when I broke my tooth and I was able to call him on his cell phone about what I should do until I returned to jersey. He schedule me to the same day that I arrived back from my trip. I had a route canal that got infected because I failed to follow doctors orders and take the antibiotics, so I called him late in the night crying about the pain. He didn't get mad at me but asked if there was a 24 hour pharmacy to which I could go to and get a prescription filled. Keeping in mind that this was close to mid night. He even told me if the pain was that unbearable that he would make a house call. Fast forward to two years later, and I have moved an hour+ away from this office location. But I take that drive every time because I know how amazing he is and I am not willing to give that up. Dr. Ibrahim and his staff are beyond AMAZING!!! He is a great example of the kind of dentist that we need in the world today. I dread the day that I get an health insurance plan that does not include him. read more

Dr. Wael is the best. Especially if your like me and had terrible dental visits in the past. He was very patient with me and so very kind. Hes got a great energy. The ladies in the office to are super amazing. Everyone is so very kind. Which took down my initial anxiety. I would recommend this place a million times over. I really liked Dr. Ibrahim for routine/annual visits. The injections of novocaine he administers are not as painful. During one visit due to tooth pain he said I needed a filling. After the filling I still had noticeable pain. After an another exam one or two months later he said I needed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics for an infection.Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics which made it hard to breathe. I called the day of the reaction and left a message on the machine describing my allergic reaction. But received no call callback. Then the next business dayI left another message with a secretary named Stephanie for Dr. Ibrahim to call me back. It's been four days and Dr.Ibrahim has not called me back. I'm really disappointed in the service and patient care. Either he didn't get both messages or does not have the time to call a worried and scared patient back. read more

Avoid this office at all costs. These people dont care about your time, they double book and force their patients wait for hours.

Dr. Ibrahim is an amazing dentist and his staff is always professional and friendly. They are so accommodating if you have a last minute issue or concern. The office overall is clean and very organized - my appointments always start on time and I'm overall very happy with my experience at brunswick dental.
