The whole concept behind the design of the office is an experience: one to keep you calm during your entire time in the chair. Dr Saad did an amazing job rescuing one of my molars. The tooth had a root canal and inlay before and the remaining part of the tooth got broken. So it was an almost impossible mission to rescue it. Dr Saad patiently worked to remove the crown and did a new crown. dr Saad uses top tech so the crown was designed using 3D scanning and milled on the spot. Very disappointed in the billing practice here. Went for a visit and told them whatever insurance wasn't covering I don't want and gave them my insurance info well in advance of the visit. Go to the first visit told everything was covered and needed some work done. Went to get the work done. Two months later they find that I wasn't due for an X-ray and I had to pay out of pocket. And it was not that much money because they already overcharged me for the work I got done so it's only the difference I have to pay. I tell them I told them I don't want anything that wasn't covered so they said well insurance told us you didn't have history so they gave us wrong info. I call insurance and they showed me what they send them which is a print out CLEARLY stating the next time I'm due for that service was in 2024. Only option I had was to pay out of pocket. read more

She explained the plan, made sure I was comfortable and communicated throughout the procedure. Her staff is always nice and you can tell they want you to feel comfortable as well. Had a great experience the first time I went. But this time there was a Dental assistant (or maybe she was a hygienist) there who was extremely rude and didn't explain anything she was doing. When I mentioned my issue to her -so she's aware as a patient that I would appreciate it if she explain the process to me, she still said nothing and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Update after reply Radwa Saad, the dentist from Premier Dental Arts being a white collar job professional doctor is no less than a fraudster in money grubbing. The moment I entered the hospital, she inquired about my profession just to know the financial status. I paid $100 for the check to see what was wrong in the pain. She checked everything and I was told she has to redo my filling as they are temporary and She pressured me to sign up for an annual plan which is $400 that covers 2 hygienic Deep cleanings in the entire year, X-Rays, Teeth filling at $80-$100 at the max suggesting that would be best plan for me now. Once I enrolled in the annual plan, the cost for each filling she is asking for is $297 as per the records you can see she submitted. I got the first filling for $100 which I had to negotiate very badly with this immoral Doctor. I called anonymously to confirm the filling rate, I was informed it costs a max of $100 with the annual plan. And all the dentists in the Hamilton place charge no more than $100 with their annual plan. The cleaning was done for preparation of the filling and no deep cleaning was done as promised. The hygienist told me she is busy at the moment so she asked me to schedule a deep cleaning session later. The one filling she did pains very badly and even makes me unable to chew to date. I am left out paying $500 to a fraud with nothing. I feel cheated as she dismissed me from treating as a patient in the future after I raised this dispute with the credit card company. No more can I get the annual benefits now, no X-Rays, No hygienic Cleaning If I visit a new dentist now, I have to get the filling she did once again, New X-Rays, cleaning, everything from scratch. U can see I posted with google review but u reported it which is why I am doing with new account. Without an insurance, I was told over phone $80 per filling, why did it shoot up to $270. I initially loved this place. Dr. Saad is great and I love her hygienist. But her front staff, the blonde one, was rude and did not know how to do her job. I should have known it was going to be a problem when she quoted my dental implants price three different amounts. She said I had a credit and then the next time she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I was supposed to get two implants, I got the first one and then the price seem to change. She said she would contact my insurance and call me about the price for a service and she would never call me back. This happened on multiple occasions. I got the implant on the second one but did not finish with the crown. I was so frustrated with dealing with her, I didn't go back. Months later I received notice that I was sent to collections for over $300 for something I'm not even sure I should have been charged for. Don't waste your time at this place and save yourself from a headache. They over price you and change cost after you sign the paper for the service. This would be a great place to go if it had a competent front staff. I would give it zero stars if I could. I wish I never went there. read more

I would give Premier Dental 100 stars if I could! Dr. Radwa was so efficient but also friendly. From start to finish, Dr. Radwa makes you feel comfortable and very well informed before she begins any work. Dr. Radwa examined the tooth along with the rest of my teeth and laid out a plan to get everything that needed to be done. I had root canal repaired, and I must say, it really was the best experience I ever had. I have no swelling and no pain aside for a little discomfort. I've already made my future appointments for the rest of the work I need. The office is very professional and efficient, they send you text reminders for appointments, the staff was very nice and very good at following up with me. Absolutely gentle, while using state of the art dentistry practice! I went to Dr Saad because my previous Dentist didn't do a lot of procedures, like route canal and crown lengthening... Oh but wait... Turns out I didn't need a crown lengthening! Needless to say she does the best thing for her patients, not her pockets! My route can went smooth, no pain after or the next day, and she made the crown the same day. I've never felt so at ease with someone using sharp tools in my mouth! read more

Watch out for Dr. Saad, she completely ruined my teeth. I was due a cleaning so I made an appointment with her. After waiting for an hour on the patient chair, she came in and told me that I needed multiple cavity fillings before cleaning. I trusted her and had one side of my teeth "filled". During the procedure, I could tell she was not operating smoothly, my mouth was propped open for like 45 min that my muscle started to sore. After the procedure, I then started having more sensitivity problems, even in the teeth that didn't have fillings. I went back for a follow up, she admitted that fillings were not aligned correctly and did something to "fix" it. Now the entire upper and lower quad are having sensitivity problems, even without eating or drinking. I am terrified to go back to her now even though I have more problems in my teeth, I know she'll just make things worse. I want to warn people before they get themselves in trouble. read more

I initially went to Premier Dental on Quakerbridge Road for a consultation for an tooth implant. I met with Dr. Saad and the staff, they all were very friendly and professional. I decided to have Dr. Saad do the implant because I didn't trust my regular dentist to do this procedure. She preformed this procedure flawlessly with no complications at all. She still has to put the post and the cap on, but that should be easy. Dr. Saad also noticed I had a cavity and asked if I had pain there and I told her yes. My previous dentist did not pick up this cavity even after a full mouth series of X-Rays recently. She fixed this cavity, and her staff member told me before hand how much out of pocket it would cost after my insurance. No dentist has ever done that, usually you get a surprise bill after the procedure. Just got my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist who was a very nice lady. Dr Saad came in after to check my mouth and asked if I had any other concerns. I mentioned that my previous dentist put 2 caps in and one was still high. He tried to fix this numerous times and never got it right always hitting first when I ate. She took care of this problem now I have an even bite again. I'm 50 years old in July been to numerous dentist in my life, DR. Saad is the best dentist I've ever been to knowledgeable and meticulous. On October 21, 2015 Dr. Saad completed the implant with no complications and it looks perfect. I highly recommend her. read more
