Everyone at the office is really nice and the facillities are clean and aesthetic. I've been going there for the longest time and all the staff are great! Make sure you place your appointments in advance because they get really busy. This place is also great if english is not your first language. Most of the staff speaks cantonese or mandarin. In addition if you know your teeth are sensitive to too much poking and prodding all you need to do is tell them before they start. They'll take that into consideration. I've done that every time I go! The great thing about this place is that they text you to notify you of the appointment a week or two in advance if you can't make it just reply or call. The front desk staff are very helpful in either rescheduling or cancelling. But please be respectful and Call in advance they have many customers. If you have a procedure that goes past their closing hours, their staff will also stay to make sure you're taken care of. Parking is also free and very availible. If youre waiting for your kids or fanily, right around the corner is bagel street grill, ichiban sushi, a Malaysian and Indian resturant. Best Dentist I Ever Had I moved to Plainsboro in 2016 and Since then I'm seeing Dr. Gan every year. Over the past three years, I had a few root canals, crowns, and filling by her and I was completely satisfied with her work. Hen gentle touch, her expertise and her attitude of not settling for less in terms of treatment really impressed me. She will not talk a lot - You may think initially that you're unaware of what's going on but you would be really able to notice her work by the excellent treatment and care you are getting. I always felt being in safe hands. I also had my dental implant done for my two molars teeth in 2018 by Dr. Eisenstein and I had a good experience there as well. Another thing I really like about Smile Dental care is they are available over the weekends, and the staffs (Especially Dutta, Melanie, and Ben) are highly professional and very friendly. My family has been patients of Dr. Gan since she first opened her practice over ten years ago. I highly recommend Smile Dental Care to anyone in need of quality dental care, if you have children you can be confident she will treat them gently and make them feel very comfortable. My daughter was about 8 when we first met Dr. Gan in Franklin Park and she is 22 now and we would not go to anyone else. The ladies up front are very friendly, weekend hours are very accommodating since most people work during the week. The dental hygienists do an excellent job in cleaning, x-rays and checking for any issues they may see, and of course Dr. Gan and Dr. Lin are highly qualified and caring doctors. The equipment is modern and up to date, no more bite wing x-rays, this is done digitally, TV's are in every room to pass the time. Great office with friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. I am relatively new in this practice, it's my first year. But we already did a lot, cleaning, filling, four crowns and working on an implant. It is very convenient that orthodontist works few times a week in the office. Dr. Lu Gan was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. She did four upper front crowns and I am very pleased with the outcome and can smile again! She and her wonderful office staff made me feel comfortable during a situation that was nerve wracking for me. Dr. Eisenstein has an exceptional talent as an orthodontist - both when comes to practical work and the theoretical up-to-date knowledge of modern dentistry. I have been visiting Smile Dental Care for over 10 years for my regular cleaning and was aware that I would eventually need to get an implant. Dr Gan reminded me to give it some consideration as the space began to narrow. I agreed to meet with Dr Ira Eisenstein to discuss the procedure. We discussed expectations, post operative care and he answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I immediately felt that I was dealing with someone who really understood what he was doing. I went through with the procedure and Dr E ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed. The procedure was uneventful. Healing was quick - no infections, no excessive bleeding, no undue swelling. I found Smile Dental Care by luck, having a horrible toothache on a Sunday and having dealt previously with a terrible dentist.
