So, I gave it try. I really only wanted a basic pedicure as I take good care of my feet cause I'm on them a lot. He tried to upsell me a lot. I got it to the third cheapest. I was tired of bickering about it. They look good and hopefully they stay that way. I don't do gel I only do basic nail polish. I'll be back on if it chips early or anything. While getting a pedicure I asked for a soak off of gel on my big toenails the lady literally soaked my nails for 2 seconds and literally ripped my right toenail down to the meat. My natural toenail was long and healthy under the overlay and she tried to argue me up and down that she needed to RIP it off. she was very unprofessional and felt she was right so she showed no remorse whilst talking junk. They don't care about the health of your nails here they just want to add on anything to run up your tab. read more

I had a polish change on my toenails and the employee talked me into a manicure. I told her my skin was sensitive. She cut the skin next to my toe so severely that I am now medically treating it. Plus she made 3 of my fingers bleed and all of my fingers (near the cuticle) are red and sore. I wonder if I was her first client ever. The last time I went to this place for a pedicure, the guy rubbed a pumice stone on my ankles and I literally had scratches on both ankles. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. read more

I went to get my nails done for the first time and they jacked them right up. Here it is, still within a week of having them done and they're growing out, uneven and one nail is coming off! I called at the end of the first week to see what could be done and they told me that they could not fix them for free, instead I would have to pay because it's been a week. But if it had been within the first week, they would have fixed them for free. It's still within the first week. They charged me $46 to have to go spend more money to have these fixed. I started going here in January of 2022 and 6 months later, NO WAY am I going back. In May one of the older ladies that work there did my pedicure and messed my toes up big time. I also notice when I went there in May & July the shellac came of one of my toes nails and another was chipped. They started out good but would not recommend. P.S. ladies they cut your toenails at an angel so your nails are raised up off of your nail bed, so they can "so they can get under the nail" have them cut your nails straight across so you do not end up with your toe nails all square . read more

From start to finish this place was all bad. Was on a work trip and my coworker & I decided to go get our nails done. Started with pedicures, mine was okay but the guy was really digging in and now my toes ache! My friends was horrible, she had a female do hers & granted she was a bit older...she completely ignored her request for the collagen pedicure & just went with the volcano (which was like $20 more). My friend tried to speak to her several times to the point where even my nail tech was staring at her like.... Are you gonna answer?? Oh and before that also, her nail tech was not even there..she was constantly getting up and doing random things...chased down another person who evidently forgot to sign their receipt? Not really sure but it was just not a great experience. After that the nails went fine. My tech was nice & whatnot but man my nails look awful. I'll drop pictures. I asked for tips because I wanted the cute "ballerina" nails and she said no that I didn't need tips, my nails were long enough. I should have pushed back but I just went with it. At the time, I liked the shape and whatnot but after the s&s went on, it's like she just rushed through it. After we were both done, we went to pay and they tried charging extra for the "volcano" pedi that my friend didn't ask for. I said absolutely not and explained what happened. The lady who did her pedicure said that my friend had pointed at it when she absolutely did not. The lady was visibly mad like it was somehow our fault and they were expecting us to pay but I 100% refused. They went back and forth for a while until finally agreeing that they wouldn't charge us for it. The bill was still $250 for both of us. When I went to pay the internet or something was messed up so it wouldn't go through. We had to wait FOREVER just to be able to pay. Whole experience was honestly just so bad. I was able to just walk in and get my nails done right away. They were $50 for a full set acrylic. This is what I asked for (the last photo) versus what I got (the first 2). I asked for natural looking almond nails that were not too long and rounded. I even told her again after she shaped them out that they were too sharp looking but she told me it's because my nail beds are too small so "she couldn't round them out" but I feel like they just don't look right. Maybe it's just my nails and fingers that makes them not look good but I just feel like it's not really what I asked and if I'm paying a good amount of money for them I want to love them. I would go again if I just wanted a gel manicure or a pedicure. read more

I'm from out of state and needed a gel mani & regular polish pedi. My 17 yr old daughter also came along for a regular polish mani- it was rushed (done in 10mins) and she could've done a better job herself! I asked for a regular pedi and was told to pick out a color from a wall of old nail polishes. They are overpriced, use old product, dirty equipment and tried to up-sell everything. I asked the nail tech next to me what she used for her clients pedicure and she said shellac...she asked do you want it and I said no thank you she snapped, "why you ask me if you don't want it?" She was extremely nasty but then said shellac has regular polish and gel. I asked my nail tech about shellac and she told me it would be an additional $21 for a total of $62!!!!! I stuck with the regular old polish pedicure for $41 and left with sharp edges on my toes, over-cut cuticles and messy polish. Gel manicure was the only thing that was ok. I met Kay and told him what I wanted and before I finished he said ok I understand and he literally did what I wanted and now my nails look and feel realistic. If they had only made a few mistakes on the nails with designs- a squiggly line- then maybe I wouldn't be here writing this review, but they look like my eight year old sister drew them. I finally came in on a Wednesday for a manicure and a pedicure they were not as busy as they normally seem. The person I had was the rudest nail tech I have ever come across of. While getting a pedicure I was discussing what nail colors I wanted with my best friend The person doing my pedicure kept telling me no that will look ugly or no you're not going to like that to a point it was annoying. All I wanted was something sparkly. The pedicure was good quick and efficient nothing to rave about but I enjoyed the hot stones. When I went over to get my manicure my nail technician told me she was not up for making conversation so she pulled out her phone and started watching YouTube videos in her language. When her show was on a commercial break she asked me if my 26 year old friend was my daughter ..... I am 27 :/ during my nails she also felt he need to get a snack and kept eating candy. The whole thing was such a turn off. My shellac nails lasted 3 days! $65 is what I paid for everything. Never going back read more

I stepped on a random screw and it went into my foot and I was bleeding , no one cared C. AWFUL customer service. We came in and spent almost 300$ on mani pedis, me, my mom and my niece... after 1 day my nieces gel came off her nail, ONE NAIL..... as always, any GOOD NORMAL PLACE WOULD JUST FIX IT!! I said go back in there, they will fix it.... NOPE, they made my 10 year old niece look around and try to actually find who did her nails because they work on COMMISSION and the person that did her nails would have to fix it!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I get pedicures every 2 weeks to a months and this is by far the absolute worst salon I've ever been to. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For one the guy doing my nails was rude and on top of that, he clearly was not trained to do pedicures. He cut me so bad he tried hiding it by shoving my foot in the water, I tried taking my foot out to see why he did it, he slapped my foot to put it back in there. This picture was after he put a liquid AND powder on it to stop the bleeding. It was bleeding for 10 minutes and would not stop, after bleeding through two bandaids. I wouldn't even let him touch my other foot. I put my socks on and requested to leave. My nail is now infected and I can't even touch it. read more
