I want to get my toes done and I had a male who was very rough with me and when I told him to take it easy, he rolled his eyes and I was just annoyed with the whole experience he had 0 patience from the start and than the worse part wasi had a cut i didnt know about and when he put the scrub he caused my leg to react and it was not his fault at all with that when i got home my leg was red which just added stress to this experience it was made whole experience worse. I paid over $60 for a pedicure to be left with ruined leather sandals, I cleaned cuticles, and a terrible paint job. First off, the lady doing my pedicure was getting annoyed with my requests to cut my toe nails shorter, not use the little cheese grater on my feet and clean my cuticles. She lazily 'cleaned' and filed my nails with the drill (not sure why you need a drill during a regular pedicure other than pure laziness). Finally when it came time to painting my toes, she did a TERRIBLE job painting them and walked away. When she came back, I told her that the nails weren't fully painted or cleaned and she tried to blame me for 'touching' my toes and removing the polish (all my toes weren't painted on the tips of edges). She then removed the polish and repainted them but blamed the color I chose for not being able to properly paint the nails. On top of the terrible pedicure, before she re-painted my nails after I complained, she very aggressively applied oil on my toes ALL OVER my leather sandals and tried to ignore the fact that she ruined them. Once I asked her to stop and removed my sandals to try and wipe off the oil, she grabbed my shoes and wiped the oil with a towel but didn't apologize per anything. It was a Horrible pedicure experience and definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. I did a mani/gelx set with Dalton and he was great. He was very nice, professional and detail oriented. He offered great service and was able to help me create the color that I wanted in the picture I showed him. read more

The man that was sat with me was obviously very upset about me not getting gel polish. He was very rough with my hands the whole manicure and used a DRILL on my natural nail bed. I asked for deluxe mani pedi with no color... idk if they judged because I said no color because they rushed my whole mani pedi..just because I don't want any color doesn't mean I don't want a clean and nice cut mani pedi .. they did not file my toe nails .. just cut it and left the ends sharp.. they rushed the whole soak and massage part of the pedi... barely shaped and cut my toenail cuticles. Barely scrubbed my heels.. The mani was rushed too.. barely cut my cuticles cause I still walked out with uneven cuticles left of my nails... rushed the filing , I asked for round and I still left with pointed ends... and each nail was looking different... Stopped by here for the first time. The decor was inviting. They even had phone charging ports built into the massage pedicure chair. The service was fantastic! This place is beautiful beyond gorgeous!!! They just opened I believe 2 months ago. Lindsey did a great job on my nails. She was honest and gave great input. My feet were done by Diego, he was very sweet took his time and definitely did not rush me. I don't have an appointment and walked in and was seated within 2 mins. Staff is friendly and very professional. Found my new nail place in Michigan. They do a variety of services besides nails. Plus point there is a bar inside to get a drink while you relax. I'm not picky it's either shellac or an overlay and shellac. But this particular time I did a pedicure and the lady that was doing my feet was like you're cool, because we were just conversing. The she proceeds to say the lady that did your nails said you were difficult (WHAT!)How? I didn't even say anything out the way, I'm a stickler on treating ppl the way you want to be treated. Then she proceeds to say here they think black people are difficult and she then says but they think Arabic's are number 1 to being difficult then they say black people. She was like I'm not like that at all... So after that experience I've never went there again because to me that's racist as hell. You won't talk about me and be taking my money.. that's so out of order and they so wrong for that.. Beautiful salon with tons of manicure and pedicure stations. You check in by putting your name and requested service on a tablet. The salon was busy but my 2 sisters and I were taken to pedicure chairs after only about 15 mins. We sat at the pedicure chairs for another 10 mins or so before employees began on our services. I appreciated that as other patrons were leaving I saw the bowls being cleaned. They offer free water and soft drinks and can purchase alcoholic beverages. They offer multiple pedicure options that include different services and add ons. I went with the delux pedicure with included a hot stone massage. I added gel polish to the service. David completed my pedicure and was very nice. Although I prefer smaller salons Deluxe will be my stop when I can't get with my regular shop. read more

As a nail technician myself I would like to say I came here to work however these people do not follow the board safety standard. They reuse the same cuticle nippers,files,buffers,sanding bands and never do not throw away monomer after each use. I have seen the reviews of how they leave clients nails and although sometimes pretty it is NOT safe!!! you can get various infections and even lose your nails! Please precautions and tell the tech to show you that they are using a new tool for your nails and show proof of how clean it is! read more

My first time here I was a walk in on a Sunday early afternoon. First impression was it's nice and brand new. Music was good and at a good level. When I arrived there were about 13 other people waiting in the front to be serviced. I checked in on the iPad for a shellac pedicure and waited about 10 minutes to be directed back to a pedicure chair. Then I waited in a pedicure chair without being acknowledged for 35 minutes exactly before the young man came to do my pedicure. I already had existing shellac so he began to remove that and gave me the color chart to choose my color. Meanwhile everyone across from me and the lady next to me were offered refreshments while they were being serviced (We were not). I tell the young man the number color I would like and then he asked me what service I would like. I chose the express pedicure because at that point I was already there so long and I had other obligations that day. The express service contained a toe nail trim, file and a quick pumice stone scrub on your feet. Then he rinsed and polished with gel. The polish job was fine. Mediocre at best. My total came to $52. I don't think from this first experience I'll be coming back unless it's absolutely necessary and convenient. read more

My first visit was a good one. My recent--and last-- one was horrible. My pedicure was rushed, I wasn't offered a beverage, and my chair wasn't adjusted or activated. I was finished before my daughter, so I paid for both ($140), tipped the tech, and waited in my car for about 15 minutes until my daughter was done only to have them run out behind her, bang on my car and accuse my daughter of not paying. I was furious and told them they need a better method of confirming that services were paid for if the tech had no way of confirming that it was complete. I have been regular here for a few months. I called over the phone to see if the lady who would normally do my eyebrows was in I was told yes. When I arrived she was actually not in. I was told to fill out waiver which I have never had to do. Another lady was placed in the room with me to wait and get serviced. During this time she left. My pedi lasted no longer then 15 minutes it felt very rushed and he was very rough. Anytime I asked a question he would give me one word answers or just shrug his shoulders and huff and puff. Kept asking if I wanted shellac and I kept decling which made him irritated for whatever reason. There was still so much dead skin all over that wasn't buffed off completely and he did 3 coats of nail polish which turned lumpy and the corners were crusty and not smooth. I have tried Deluxe Nail Salon Spa 3 times now with 3 different nail technician. Each experience has been sub par and overpriced. My shellac nails each time have not lasted more then 7 days. My pedicure paint is crooked, they overuse the foot file, and the prices are higher then better quality surrounding nail salons. When I went in this Sunday to have my not 2 week old shellac nails repainted I shared my concerns with the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would give me a 10% discount for my trouble. I got my nails done on Friday at 715 pm and it's now Monday morning at 930 am and I have chips on almost every single nail and one nail, my shellac peeled off completely.
