I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice. From the color, to the blend, to the root smudge and don't even get me started on the over bleaching and lightening my ends when it wasn't needed.. it's just all awful. I've spent hundreds going to other stylists to try and fix my hair, when instead my hair was already so damaged I had to chop it all off and start growing my hair out all over again.
