It was uncomfortable having to repeat multiple times that I could not get gel this time, and politely saying "maybe next time!" after already paying for a full French tip set with designs and gems. While getting the pedicure, the lady pulled really hard on a hang nail I had. I gasped, and she said "what... it hurts? you need to remove". i haven't gotten a pedicure in a while so I trusted her and let her keep pulling it (My fault I guess). I woke up the next day my toe was completely swollen. I went into the salon to let them know what happened. The owner said "yea I guess you need to go to a doctor... sorry.." I paid to get a simple pedicure now I had to pay for a doctors appointment and have medication sent to the pharmacy to resolve. I had a date night after this salon visit, and I had to wear toed shoes because I was so embarrassed with how bad and swollen my toe looked. Thanks a lot. He didn't offer any discount on a future service and acted like he did not care. All he asked after was "so.. are you gonna get your nails done or no?" And that's when I walked out never to return.

If i'm not sure on a color or design, they are able to help, and know their inventory and colors so well that they will even mix colors to make one that I'm describing. The skill of each of them is phenomenal and I always leave happy. They take my tips off while I get a pedicure so my cost is efficient and relaxing. Their prices are quite reasonable. Most of all this small family run business works together like a well oiled machine and I always feel uplifted after having spent time and money here. Highest recommendations.

When it says 70 minutes it was the full 70 minutes. The stones were the perfect temperature and Laura frequently checked to see if the pressure and the temperature were good. The pedicure was especially FABULOUS! She used a "foot masque" after the sea salt treatment (which rocked!) and wrapped each of my feet in hot steamy towels. She had one of the best foot massage techniques I've ever experienced... wow! My gel manicure was equally well-done. I sincerely received far more than I expected, and I highly recommend this place. Their regular prices are so reasonable, especially since cheaper shops upcharge you for the little extras that are included in their standard pricing. Check it out, you will have no regrets :-)
