Recently just purchased my 2019 F150 and looked around for a bunch of quotes for probably 10+ shops in the Sacramento area but this shop was the most competitive and availability and their work is impeccable to say the least. All of the other shops in the are were first and foremost charging 500+ MINIMUM for just the 2 front and 2 rear windows for the truck so in turn I figured that was just the going normal rate. I had actually booked Rocky Mountain tints who were also charging $500 for the 4 windows but their availability wasn't until a week and a half later and they said it would take about 2-3 hours for the truck to be done. I messaged this shop and Albert had messaged me back less than 20 minutes later and that was around 830PM, talk about dedication and service! He quoted me $350 for the 4 windows so of course I wanted to book with him asap!! Gave me more wiggle room to contemplate if I wanted to tint the rear window and front windshield since it was less than expected. Wasn't able to come in the following day but they were able to take me in on Wednesday morning at 1045. Soon as I arrived, just the vibe of the shop was phenomenal, there were comfortable chairs, free wifi so I could work (day trader) and there were free drinks and a massage chair. Albert greeted me soon as I arrived and when they finished up with the tesla they were working on, he walked me through the options and made recommendations. I ended up going with 20% tints all around with 55% on the windshield, it really helped that he even let me see inside his own personal car that's parked in front of the shop so I could really get a good feel/idea of what I was getting myself into because I'm sure he could sense I wanted to do it but I was just a bit unsure. The waiting room also had a TV with a camera that was showing whatever car was currently being worked on which I think was so dope to see and totally unexpected, it just gives a piece of mind and a sense of security to know it was there. I saw Albert himself help his team work on the truck and let me tell you.. It came out flawless and only took them about an hour or so to finish!!!! He said the bubbles would be gone in about a week but they were gone in just a few days! I was so happy that the next day I brought my wife's 2022 Rav4 XSE in and he took care of that for us while we did some shopping at Costco and grabbed some lunch. The truck & the suv both came out to $530 a piece.. I couldn't be more happy with all of the work we received and attention to detail Albert did for us (he even helped clean off some weird residue from my truck). I 100% recommend getting your tinting needs done by Albert & his team!!!! Definitely a gem of a business and all of the 5 stars you see for their reviews are not a fluke, they're legit and I can vouch for that first hand, second hand if I count the 2nd car that was done. Amazing experience from beginning to end! Albert is super friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on my Model Y. Other installers are not able to tint the MY's front windshield in one piece due to its size, but they were able to. They also showed me every option available and did not try to upsell me on any product. When i inquired about their services, they gave me 3 options ranging from the cheapest which was $250 for the back and sides and the most expensive being about $500. I told them i wanted the cheapest one but when they finished and when it came to paying, they said they ended up doing the 2nd expensive one which was $350 but ended up being $580 bc of the windshield. The guy refunded me $100, but the guy didnt even know anything about what i originally chose and even seemed confused about my messages with Albert. My parents think it was bc iim a young girl and i went in there alone so they did whatever. So yeah not sure if i would recommend this place. At least it looks nice. read more

Outstanding Experience! Albert took great care of me when I bought in my daughters Honda Civic for a tint job. There was a little scheduling misunderstanding with the appointment as my wife made the arrangements and I just showed up. AT DWT. 09/17 - I forgot to take this out of my drafts, because I started it while leaving the waiting room of Deluxe Window Tint - I was so happy I could not wait. For years now, I've gawked over my best friend's ceramic window tint. The interior is always noticeably more tolerable than mine, especially during the nasty Sacramento summers, and it's eye-catching from the outside. It looks luxury in every way and I kept saying I was going to take the leap and have mine done. The leap [edit: push] finally came :) I drive a 2015 Rav-4 Limited Edition, which has "included factory tint" as part of the 'upgrade package' back then. I never noticed how, well, unnoticeable "factory tint" is or that some cars straight up have none at all. The factory tint is the glass windows themselves dyed, and it doesn't offer any functional protection. It's also not on the front windows at all so it's pointless for me as a driver anyways. FYI: I'm near Elk Grove, where there are dozens of window tinting places in and around the area, but I'm so impressed with my friend's car this drive was beyond worth it. From what I understand, the deal was unbeatable too! **I regret not taking before photos, but photos posted are after tint** This was all set up for me, and Albert, who I had the pleasure of meeting the minute we arrived, was just the nicest guy ever. He personally tinted my best friend's car and was so professional and excited when i wanted the same done for mine. The entire time he was patient, he didn't mansplain the options and percentages like all auto industry guys do. He helped me choose what would look best and be the most functional, which ended up being ceramic tint on all 9 (?) Windows and my back windshield. The back he recommended 10% since I already had factory tint and the overlay would bring it to my desired 5%. The front I believe was now 35%, 20% scared me drawing too much attention in contrast to my car and I had no tint anyways so it was very noticeable right away. Albert made this experience unforgettably positive. Their entire waiting area is clean and open and welcoming. They have very modern couches and TV with Netflix selections while you wait, as well as a beverage fridge and coffee machine for customer use. They have a 2nd TV with live feed of the vehicle being tinted so you can watch in real time while they do it. I loved that and wish all auto service places did this! Albert also was very reassuring and the whole crew took their time. My entire car was done in just about 1 hour, which passed by quickly in the waiting room. Cars before and after mine were non-stop which was a good sign and they were intentional and professional with each one. The quality of their ceramic product is unmatched. Seriously, I can't believe how nice it looks - from the inside and the outside - and am blown away at how much of a difference it has made, especially in the back where my young daughter used to fear climbing in because of the heat. My trunk and 2nd row are amazingly cooler and darker. I can now double up on grocery trips or feel better about a backpack left inside because of the privacy the tint has given me. I have told everyone who has seen it to go to Albert at Deluxe Window. Another satisfied customer. My husband and I brought in our 2018 Prius prime and 2020 Subaru WRX. On the phone, The business quoted us a discount from their normal $250 per vehicle to $230 per vehicle, which includes those little wing windows that other tinting places wanted to charge us for. He offered a discount because we tinted two cars. We arrive to the waiting room which is spacious and clean. We were asked if we would prefer To have regular tinting or ceramic tinting. He demonstrated the difference in heat transfer between regular and ceramic and the difference was substantial. In these hot Sacramento summers that was a huge selling point. His normal price was $350 per vehicle but we got a discount to $330 per vehicle because we brought in both cars. $330 per vehicle is a deal we couldn't pass up. Tinting only took one hour and turned out perfectly. On the Prius, I got 45% tinting on the front driver and passenger windows and 10% tinting on the rear windows. On the WRX he got 20% front and 5% rear. They put stickers on our window buttons to remind us not to roll down our windows for at least 3 days. Besides doing great work, this place is set apart because we felt hosted by the business. During your wait you can watch TV on their huge flat screen, drink coffee, sodas, Gatorade or filtered water FREE! Next to the TV is another flat screen with CCTV view of our cars being worked on in real time. I chose to relax in the massage chair. That massage chair was so awesome I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to work on sore muscles. If you don't want to wait there, it's a short walk to restaurants on sunrise. One more important note is that this business stands behind their work and offers excellent customer service. While we waited, another couple came in to have their tinting removed. She wanted the rear windows blacked out and complained that the 5% wasn't enough. They removed the tinting and gave her a full refund!! Amazing!
