This is the second car Deluxe has tinted for me. I love the quality of the film they use. It really looks premium and blocks so much heat from outside. The first thing I noticed after getting my car tinted was that I don't need my AC on full blast anymore. I keep it on the lowest setting most of the time now. I've referred a few of my friends and family now for tint and PPF. I trust them to take good care of every car that comes in. They are also very fast and triple check their work. One thing I highly recommend is getting the windshield done. It helps a lot!

I shopped around for tinting and ended up going with Deluxe due to materials used and overall price. Pricing was fair, honest, and tint application was awesome. I told Sergei (I think that was his name) what I wanted and he recommended a few small changes, so I went with the recommended tint levels and am happy I did. The wife, who is hard to please, also enjoyed the change. He was also considerably cheaper than anywhere else with quality tint. read more

I've paid a lot more for tint jobs that were just not as good. Professional, clean, fast, very reasonably priced, and high quality work. Did a great job tinting the side and rear windows of my daughter's car. No bubbles visible after the windows cured. He didn't try to upsell me on more expensive ceramic film. Came in last minute before my trip and they did a very good job. I got my windshield tinted in 45% ceramic and it only took about 45min total. The film was priced good, especially for the quality you get with Xpel. The owner was nice and friendly, waiting room had snacks and drinks with a/c. Got an estimate through the Yelp app a week before and finally called for an appointment. Sergey was top notch service as to answering calls & questions. Shopped for various ceramic tint places around the area and this shop was it. Price was unbeatable. Waiting area was cozy with complimentary snacks and drinks but I just dropped off the car and picked it up. The promised time of finish was off by an hour but that was within my allocated time frame. I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

I met with Isaac Lopez and we discussed at length what I wanted done. I have a 2026 Mercedes GLE450 and really particular about who works on it. I got my estimates for PPF applied to the Front Grill, Full Hood, Fenders, mirrors and A pillars. PPF for the front windshield. 70% Ceramic tinting for all windows and sunroof. And lastly a ceramic coating for exterior painted and glass surfaces. The estimate was very reasonable so I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. The PPF film application turned out really clean. The PPF film along with the front windshield placements were nearly undetectable. I choose a 70% ceramic tint for all the interior glass and its so perfect and blended in well. The most important thing is the shop left my car super clean inside and out. I would highly recommend the "Wet Paint Detailing" shop for all your Paint protection and Paint correction needs. Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date daily on the progress.

I recently moved to Auburn and found Saturdays Auto Shield when I was in the area. I recently noticed "stardust" on the PPF and Branson at Saturdays Auto Shield examined the hood said he believed it was a defect in the PPF. I contacted XPEL at Branson and Sabrina's suggestion and XPEL approved a warranty replacement of the product. I scheduled my car in for the work on 6/30 and just picked it up today, 7/3. The work is just beautiful. Branson and Sabrina, aside from being great people, have a beautiful, spotless shop and the work they do matches the shop. He told me he could do the job that same day; unfortunately I can't recall the date but I think it was Weds 06.04.2020. He asked me to text him with my name, address, info and then he'd reach out to me once he was done. He never responded to my text, didn't call me back and never responded to my 2nd text. I was willing to pay cash, accepted his price, made myself available and stayed at home all day and yet no response. I'll assume he didn't need my business. I won't reach out to this company in the future, nor refer them to others. A simple call or text indicating he couldn't do the job, we needed to schedule for a different time would have been appreciated or something would have been great. My time is valuable and this was a wasted 5-6 hours. I used another vendor and am pleased with the product, customer service.

I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

I searched on Yelp for a few reputable tint shops and I had a specific kind of tint film in mind. I reached out to a few shops through Yelp and got quotes. Some didn't have what I was looking for, some didn't provide enough information in their reply, some did t reply at all and then there was Genesis Window Tinting. In a class of their own. First of all, major kudos to Yarlenny. Her customer service is top notch. From our first interaction, to the walkthrough of the job and then to making sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction, she excelled in all aspects of customer service and what it takes to make sure the customer is heard and requests are met. Initially, I wasn't too sure on the tint shade and was wondering how it would look on my car, she took the time to show her own Tesla and the tint it had on there. Being a visual person, this helped a lot with deciding to go darker or lighter on the tint. I was provided with clear, transparent pricing on everything that I wanted to include with the job. While they are not the cheapest, they are competitive - especially with certain films that they are certified on. They also offer "a la carte" option where they allow addition or subtraction of certain areas (for example do the tint on the car but exclude the back window). After dropping off the car, I was given a timeframe on when the job will be complete. They were right on the money. The tint came out super nice. The windows inside were clean and there wasn't any residue on the doors or dash, I've had a few experiences with other shops where this was an issue. The car looks so much better now. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with customer service, the tint job and professionalism. They do offer other services (PPF) on top of window tinting. If you're ever in the market to get your windows tinted, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

Surprisingly, the wait time was shorter than in similar places. They have a great waiting room with comfortable sofas and netflix available. Now the service: the guys took great care of my 2019 Tesla model s. I am allergic to UV so the protective tint is a necessity. The guys did a flawless job tinting all the windows. Took my '21 Cadillac CT5 in at the appointed time and was promised completion at business closing. Great price for the seven windows. Estimated $220 for carbon tinting and paid the quoted price plus tax. Did 35 percent on the front two and 12 percent on the rear five. Looks marvelous! Haven't rolled the windows down in four days. Will look at it closely for any bubbles or defects in two days. Highly recommend. read more

I requested a quote for pricing and was able to schedule there soonest available appointment. When I arrived they showed me the different films. I decided to go with the tint that was $100 more because it keeps the heat out. However the pricing was very reasonable. He also gave me a Starbucks card too! Best place to tint your windows in Roseville! The owner Sergey is very professional, and efficient. They use window tint cutting software which gives the exact size of your windows.
