I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

I met with Isaac Lopez and we discussed at length what I wanted done. I have a 2026 Mercedes GLE450 and really particular about who works on it. I got my estimates for PPF applied to the Front Grill, Full Hood, Fenders, mirrors and A pillars. PPF for the front windshield. 70% Ceramic tinting for all windows and sunroof. And lastly a ceramic coating for exterior painted and glass surfaces. The estimate was very reasonable so I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. The PPF film application turned out really clean. The PPF film along with the front windshield placements were nearly undetectable. I choose a 70% ceramic tint for all the interior glass and its so perfect and blended in well. The most important thing is the shop left my car super clean inside and out. I would highly recommend the "Wet Paint Detailing" shop for all your Paint protection and Paint correction needs. Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date daily on the progress.

I recently noticed "stardust" on the PPF and Branson at Saturdays Auto Shield examined the hood said he believed it was a defect in the PPF. I contacted XPEL at Branson and Sabrina's suggestion and XPEL approved a warranty replacement of the product. I scheduled my car in for the work on 6/30 and just picked it up today, 7/3. The work is just beautiful. Branson and Sabrina, aside from being great people, have a beautiful, spotless shop and the work they do matches the shop. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

Scheduled them for mobile services for the next day and waited at home for several hours, but then technician had a medical emergency, so they asked me to come back to their main location the next morning. Next morning, no one was available to work on it. In sum, obviously unforeseen medical emergencies are unfortunate, but at that point, just stop scheduling appointments until everyone gets their health stuff figured out? It's an insanely rude waste of time.
