I had my windows tinted about 4 years back after I had moved up here and realized that sun is no joke up in this area. They did a fine job on my car (I have a basic Ford Escape, nothing fancy). I was told there was a Lifetime Guarantee! I noticed lately, the tinting on the right front passenger door is scrunching up. I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I called to schedule the appointment and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They were also extremely understanding and accommodating when I arrived a little late due to my car battery dying early that morning. When we arrived, they took the time to go over the different film options and shade levels. We ended up choosing the 3M ceramic film -- slightly more expensive, but absolutely worth the upgrade. There is currently a crazy heat wave happening in Northern California. I was able to tint the front windows with nano ceramic tint myself when I got the car a few months ago, but the windshield is beyond my abilities. We are going on a road trip on Monday and realized on Saturday that there was a ton of heat coming through the windshield and this would make the trip uncomfortable. A+ got a quote to us very quickly and scheduled for Sunday morning. We were very happy about getting this done before the trip. They took about 2.5 hours and did a great job. Oh snap! I post reviews for businesses other than food?! Well I guess I do! This time, it's for car tinting, so let's get this thing going! And as always, the tl;dr section is at the end: Location: This one is in a quiet corner of Roseville. Other small garage shops are located all around and there's only 2 "designated" parking spots. Don't worry, since it's by appointment, there most likely wont be other cars there while you are besides the employee's car. Also if you want a snack, there's a gas station that is a few minutes walk down the street. If you're car will be worked on for a longer period of time, there's a mall close by (may need to use a loaner car or uber there, as it's a but under an hour walk. Trust me... we walked...) Inside: The inside is fairly small, maybe enough seating for 5 people, so don't bring a big crowd. There's a sample on the wall of the 2 best tints they have along with the tint percentages where you can see how dark they are. There's a physical sample box with a heat lamp where you can see test the tint shades and the heat felt through it. A giant TV with Netflix is available just in case you choose to wait inside for your car to finish. Service: The employee helping us was super nice. Arrived at opening of the shop and helped us right away. He went over what options were available, as well as informed us of the California tint limits so we know what we can get legally. He gave us a time frame for us to come by when completed. What's great is the price of the tint here cost significantly less than other shops offering similar products. After selecting and signing paperwork, he started working on the car right away. He finished the car a few hours early and let us know asap. Woot! Job Quality: The tint looked great. We got Rayno Phatom S9 on the windows (5% on the backs, 70% on the front). The back is difficult to look into, but no problems looking out. We didn't turn on the AC on the drive home and the heat was barely felt. He did a great job on all the windows, HOWEVER the only hiccup we spotted was a small line on the windshield. We mentioned it to him and he said to let the film settle for a few days to a week. If it doesn't go away, bring it back and he will fix the problem. Knowing that it's all lifetime warranty definitely helps. Overall: This small business is great and should be used for any cars looking for a tint. They keep all promises given and really care for the customer.
