I only had to wait about 15 minutes before being taken back to the exam room. The person who did the intake was efficient and nice. Dr. Wang was also very nice. He answered my questions, explain the x-ray and was gentle when touching my hand. The physical therapist, Zach, what is also nice and knowledgeable. He gave me the splint, and showed me how to put it on. He answered some questions I had. From the time I checked in till the time I left the staff here were all really nice. All the NPA's and Doctors I have seen in the practice either in Elmer or Vineland have been exceptional. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and never have I waited more than 15 min for my appointment. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and I have to find a new ortho. Hopefully I can find an ortho practice as good as Premier.
