This guy is a scam! He does the same adjustment to every one of his patients. You'd think they'd want to take X-Rays and adjust you to YOUR needs, but nope, excuse after excuse as to why the x-ray machine somewhere else isn't working etc, etc. Everything was completely rushed and never felt like I was actually listened to. As I stated before, he did the same adjustment to everyone and even if you didn't ask for a neck adjustment or have multiple subluxations in the neck he will still manipulate it against your will. Now I have severe tingling and numbness in one leg and a pinched nerve in the left side of my neck for over a year cause of this. Not to mention, he goes on vacations every other month all while his patients never get better let alone get to go on vacations themselves. And you post videos of your adjustments in the hallway on a video monitor doing the same adjustment to even babies. If I "never" saw him I wouldn't have transactions from them. read more

I've been going to Dr Scott since 2014 or so. I first went to him after an accident and most recently to take care of me during my second pregnancy. His care is second to none. The office is truly a family-owned business and a rare find in the commercialized care you find around Tucson. Appointments are timely and quick but thorough and specific to your needs. Dr Scott takes time to listen and adjust as necessary. I've been to many chiropractors, and I find his care very different. When you walk into the office, you're greeted by his front staff and wife, all very friendly. Like small dogs? He has his two Yorkies come in, as well. I love coming here. I've suffered from severe back pain for years and didn't really do much for it other then put on icy hot or tiger balm and go about my day or night. The office staff is very bright and cheerful. They have coffee and some cookies available to their clientele. When you start they go through treatment options and have a conversation with you instead of a brisk hurried run down of what you should do. At the start they take an X-ray of the spine to show you if it is leaning to one side or if your posture needs help or something else. I liked how they showed you the xrays and pointed at them to indicate what was going on. Once you start coming in they have a quick check in process and the whole appointment usually takes 10 minutes at most, depending on your specific case. The only bit I personally dislike is that there are decorative crosses in all the rooms, and evangelical magazines and pro-trump garbage in the waiting room. Easy enough to ignore, but if they would minimise that bit it would be perfect. read more

I have just moved to the area and needed a chiropractor in the worst way, My dad has some flying buddies and one of them recommended Dr. Dement. I was in pain so I thought I would give him a try. So glad I did!!! The office staff was great and Dr. Dement is hilariously funny, very thorough in his exam both verbal and physical. He went over my previous history, and then did the physical exam. He did an adjustment and didn't try to force x-rays or other services. As I was on a very strict budget, he worked with me and who knew, I got a discount for paying cash. I am very wary when it comes to referrals but I have to say this man is AWESOME!!!! I suddenly one morning had pain in my upper left leg - I could not stand upright or walk without pain in my leg. I went to Dr. Dement thinking I needed an adjustment. The problem was more serious - my spine had some deterioration - worse than a pinched nerve. But Dr. Dement has a process, a machine that will stretch the spine. I was already doing much better after three treatments and after 12 treatments (two and a half weeks only!!!!) I am able to walk and stand without pain. the alternative would have been back surgery which would have been much more painful and taken much longer and been more expensive.
