I knew from my first phone call with Denise at his office that we were going to the right doctor. Breast cancer is a scary diagnosis and from start to finish Dr Derisi and his amazing staff were incredible. He takes that extra time to explain everything. He is professional and has a wonderful demeanor as well. Not only does he discuss treatment options but discusses lifestyle changes and homeopathic suggestions in conjunction of treatment, which is so important. Dr. Kaur is nice and respectful. I understand the people that answer the phones have a lot to…read morejuggle, but most of the time when I call they are extremely rude to me even though I am respectful. I called 3 times on different dates to make sure one of my reports was faxed over to a specialist I was seeing, and they even confirmed with me that it was. When I got to the specialist, it wasn't there. Another time, I was trying to ask which doctor I was seeing and ask why it was not my regular doctor. Before I even finished speaking, I was cut off. The day of my appointment, I get a call saying the doctor they scheduled me for does not do the procedure I was scheduled for. I had made this appointment a month earlier and called the day before, yet nothing was said until 6 hours before the appointment. So now I have to wait for another appointment a month later or have to use a take off to park in order to be seen 2 weeks later on a weekday. Very frustrating that this happened. Parking: There's some free street parking around the block here.
