I was told that it's out of their hands and they wouldn't know anything about me receiving the machine. In the meantime, it was handed over to Hampton home care, they never return calls, so there is no way of me getting in touch with them. I feel like they have completely failed me and now I have to look for another doctor.

I will NOT give any names, and i am going to mention the difficulties i had so things will get better here!! Then if i see any improvements, i will change my review. I was recommended to come here for my conditions to see the head of the study! I mentioned it whom i was recommended by so i see that person. First i went in, i mentioned the person, and to see the doctor. How about, the doctor literally walked out on me, i had to see another doctor. Ok, the other doctor was a doll. Listened to me. They started the research. At my 2nd appointment, follow-up, the first doctor i was supposed to see, he had no data whatever in hand to talk about. My research was failed and I wasn't notified for it. I did it again, now it is over 5 weeks that i have been in this office and still i am contacted yet when i am starting my treatment!! I just want to tell you guys, no matter what how much the office is busy, it is very important to get in touch with your clients, because those are the ones will bring you more business, it is how it works!!

Never in all my 50 years have I ever dealt with staff that is completely rude and hostile towards patients. I have had more than one issue with the staff. They don't want to help. They don't properly prepare for any patient. They claim you need referrals when you don't and are nasty about it. They charge you for co pays almost year after a service (all for a test that I did not need, ask for, or was told was not covered under my original co pay.) They only have one person in the whole practice that does pre-authorizations, so when that person goes on vacation you have to wait a week for them to return, then another week for them to catch up on the work they missed. I've never heard of any practice doing that to its patients. When you have a question they act as though that is not their job. I dread calling for anything from them. If the doctor sends you for a CT or MRI you would think that the office would send the script to the Radiologist. No, you have to make a phone call to the office. When the original request comes from the office. It's insane. I can not wait until this CT scan is done and I can switch practices. If you are going for CT scans, it probably means you may have something very wrong. A bit of patience and kindness would be very helpful to people possibly afraid of results.

Why 1. never received any absolute diagnosis in the six weeks that I started going to this practice. 2. during the second visit the practitioner asked for a google review. 3. local medical community specifically recognized who ordered the panel of blood work. clearly a defensive medicine approach and not totally in control of their understanding of why they do what they do. 4. you ask questions about your own medical care AND only miss one appointment. practitioner drops you as a patient who has always been compliant, respected science, research and the medical community. 5. the practitioner clearly doesn't like an educated consumer for their own healthcare. The practice prays on the innocent and unknowing which was clear when waiting to be seen and the lived experience.

Pompous, arrogant, dismissive, and incompetent...that's Larry Wassner for you. Insisted that my…read morenatural recovery process was from his prescribed medicine that supposedly takes weeks to months to actually work, and that was about 2-3 days into taking it. My last visit he had me wait for about an hour with not as much as a "sorry", then rushed me out of the door in around 5 mins...told me I had emphysema and I don't...scheduled an average of 2 visits per week...then insisted that I get a chest x-ray and schedule immediate lung surgery when I complained of migraines and suggested it may be because of the medicine he had me on (which I'm no longer taking and doing fine). On the day of our next appointment, he had his receptionist call me and tell me that I needed to go elsewhere. Then tried to charge ME 200 bucks for a "no show". They're still billing me for it (which makes me laugh and fill out a new review every time). I'm glad that he's a petty know-it-all and couldn't handle me having my own opinions about my own health and the decisions concerning it. I'm seeing a reasonable and level headed pulmonologist now. His office is much nicer, he's not condescending jagoff, and I don't get literally harassed by his office daily. Read other reviews, then go elsewhere. You will regret getting caught up in the "pump and dump" if you see Larry Wassner.
