These guys might be fine for junk removal or possibly a total demo?? But they had zero attention to detail when it came to doing flood cuts in a water damage situation. It became apparent over their 3 attempts to remove all drywall and base that were damp/wet and/or moldy that they either did not know what they were doing or just didn't care about being thorough Would definitely NOT recommend this company for anything as important as doing flood cuts to remove all affected areas in a water damage situation, they were definitely not up for the task! read more

Back in August my husband & I unexpectedly received a notice from our insurance company notifying us that they would not be renewing our policy in October due to the condition of our detached garage. Our only option was to tear down the garage completely & we were on a major time crunch. I found Demo Patrol through yelp and set up a meeting with Spencer to have him come out & see the garage & meet with my husband & I and give us an estimate. Spencer was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, & totally put our minds at ease about our how short we were on time. He even offered to reach out to our insurance company after we were in contract to see if that would help slow their process.
