Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

Eric and Gideon returned a couple days later and got to work, Eric did all the under house work which is really difficult under ideal conditions, my crawl space is very tight so less than ideal, but Eric managed his way through it all and got the job done and did it all with a smile. Amanda, the technician, came and did a post-remediation air quality test after the mold issue have been resolved and was extremely thorough and careful, exponentially more than the other 2 mold testers that I've used. She answered a ton of my questions with great knowledge and detail, and was extremely helpful in giving me a better understanding of mold and the situation in general. She spent A LOT of time, in contrast to other two mold testing companies that only spent 20mins max. Not only were they more professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions, they also charged me very reasonably for the amount of time and effort they put into their air testing. The last 3 months was quite an ordeal and my only regret is that I did not find this company to begin with. If I have any air quality/mold issues I'll be sure to seek them out again.

I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

Stop! You've found the company you've been looking for! Called A-1 Pro after experiencing a toilet leak in our master bathroom that resulted in some floor and wall damage along with the dreaded black mold! Daniel was super responsive, and came out the next day to give us a quote, one that was very reasonable. Victor & Daniel were out a few days later and handled the abatement work, and removed the damaged flooring, insulation and drywall. Fast forward a few weeks once we had finally picked out some new tile, and Edward came by to finish the demoltion work in prep for reconstruction. Eduardo then joined the party and spent the better part of a week with us putting everything back together, prepping the floor, laying down new tile, painting and finishing up the project. All of these guys did excellent work, were very professional, and we enjoyed having them in our home. A-1 Pro just finished up a big project at my house in Rancho Cordova. We had an upstairs bathroom leaking into a downstairs ceiling, and (separately), a downstairs toilet that had leaked all over a floor that had soaked up into the drywall. A-1 Pro did EVERYTHING for us from initial diagnosis to demolition, tenting off and air scrubbing, cleaning and sanding, and then reconstruction (lumber, drywall, base boards, new flooring, plumbing, toilet replacement, baseboards, electrical, repainting - everything!). Daniel and his team are really talented people with a commitment to excellence, job site cleanliness, and attention to detail. With the demolition, drying, cleaning and reconstruction finished, there's literally no sign that there was ever any water damage. It was also really affordable and completed very quickly. We had Daniel and his crew at A-1 demo a bathroom we are remodeling. They removed a tile shower surround down to the studs, vanity cabinets, sink, toilet and flooring. They performed the work quickly, efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I forgot to inform them about an item and remembered after they left. I was looking to rent a dumpster for a project I had at my house and a friend referred me to A-1 Pro Property Services. I called them and set up an appointment for the droop off and they showed up on time and picked up the dumpster the next day. We had new floors being put in and had to pay extra money for the flooring contractor to come on two separate days to rip out the floors, wait for odor treatment, and then put new floors in. We delayed moving into our new house by several days which cost us additional nights in an Airbnb. We had all of our possessions waiting for us in UBox storage, and had we been able to move in on Monday, rather than waiting until Friday for service that was never performed, we would not have incurred an additional month's rent for storage. Overall, they cost us somewhere between $1200 and $1400 due to delay, and never performed the service.

My house flooded a few months ago and I called Kustom US. At first they were great. They showed up…read morequickly, got the demo done and had fans drying my house. But when I hired them to do the remodel, the job went south very quickly. I am very unhappy with the work this company did. On day 1, they broke a pot that had a plant in it and didn't tell me. They hid the plant in a random bucket and I had to be the one to get them to replace the broken pot, which didn't happen until the last day of this 2 month ordeal. They used the toilet at my house, which was in my bedroom, and didn't flush. When I was home, a worker said some very inappropriate things to me like "cock and fuck" and "this insurance work is such easy money." Which made a job I already felt uneasy about, more unsettling. They left dings in the walls and spaces between the baseboards and flooring. The baseboards are not the same shiny white they used to be, they're dull and look dirty which makes me think they were only primed. There was sticky dirt left on almost every other panel of the new flooring that I have to use goo-gone to get off. They re-installed my toilet, stove and dishwasher side-ways and the sink in my guest room only dispenses hot water now. They used my couch that I had placed outside as their own personal work station. I came home to stacks of wood and tools on the couch. Some of this was fixed and taken care of but I had to ask over and over again. I am not a confrontational person but there were times where I had to fight with my project director for the sake of getting my house back to what is was. Overall I would not recommend this company and wish I would have used someone else.
