Caleb at Rezstar is the absolute best! Exceptional Service,…read moreHonesty, and Peace of Mind! It took me a while to write this because I had only saved Caleb's phone number and couldn't remember his business name, but I was determined to find Rezstar because his incredible work deserved to be recognized! Caleb never even asked for a review, but I am so grateful that I just had to share my experience. I have worked with him twice now, and he is professional, kind, honest, and truly wonderful to work with. Our first project with Caleb was a massive challenge. We were dealing with a logistical nightmare: multiple moving parts, various contractors, property management, tight timelines, and tenants living on the property. Caleb completely took the reins, helped us coordinate with all the different trades, and expertly navigated us through the entire process. Without him, it would have been an absolute nightmare. Because he earned our complete trust, Caleb was my very first call when a second situation came up. He came out promptly, thoroughly investigated the issue, and gave us a completely honest report--all at no charge for the estimate/investigation. Knowing Caleb was on the job meant I didn't have to stress at all. If you want someone who is highly professional, dependable, and genuinely cares about his clients, call Caleb at Rezstar. I am incredibly thankful for his service and cannot recommend him highly enough!

Chris and his team are incredibly professional, thorough, and communicative. They were available to come out to our house within hours of us calling and had the job completed to our highest satisfaction less than 3 days later. The quality of work and the communication was exquisite -- we felt very well taken care of, like we were premier customers -- which helped reduce the stress induced by finding this leak just days before we had a full house of guests arrive. I was also impressed with Chris' ability to give us a quote on the spot, and the price seemed completely reasonable. I'm so thankful we found 911 Restoration, and they will for sure be our first call for these types of remediation needs in the future (though, I'm crossing my fingers we don't NEED their services!). Thank you Chris & the whole 911 Restoration team!

I requested a water damage inspection around a bathtub. Peter's communication very prompt…read more Peter arrived onsite and inspected thoroughly for signs of water damage behind the walls and under the flooring. He reported back that the water damage was superficial due to caulking around the bathtub being insufficient and letting water splash from the shower/tub get under the floor transition. Since I was away, this inspection required a lot of trust that the diagnosis wouldn't result in uneccessary work. Peter reported honestly what he saw and recommended a handyman. It was great that Peter was not out to find problems that weren't there. I would hire him again if the need arose. Thanks again, Peter!

My realtor said they were great however, they didn't show up and completely ghosted us. It was so stressful, inconvenient and expensive, as we were moving from 800 miles away, and having to arrange it all over the phone. We had new floors being put in and had to pay extra money for the flooring contractor to come on two separate days to rip out the floors, wait for odor treatment, and then put new floors in. We delayed moving into our new house by several days which cost us additional nights in an Airbnb. We had all of our possessions waiting for us in UBox storage, and had we been able to move in on Monday, rather than waiting until Friday for service that was never performed, we would not have incurred an additional month's rent for storage. Overall, they cost us somewhere between $1200 and $1400 due to delay, and never performed the service.

Green Bee has helped us with every single mold issue. Please read my other review for more details. This past December, after having our house on the market for over 10 months with no movement, we finally were in contract. Then the Sierra Nevada foothills had the most epic storm in the past 30 years. Of course, more water intrusion. Russell had just repaired one part of the fireplace wall a few months earlier (see other review) but the whole other side failed during the December storm. Our stone veneer fireplace wall had to be taken down to fix the leak and mold. Russell was on it immediately. Because he took care of it so quickly while doing a very thorough job, we were able to close on the house just a couple of weeks late. He saved the day. Not only that, he found a wonderful contractor who rebuilt the whole wall in just a few days. We now live in our new house and fortunately, no water damage or mold. Russel and his team would be the first person I would call if we had any mold problems. He really is a kind, hardworking professional who has been a life saver multiple times in the past 5 years. Thank you Russell (and Team) for such great work and professionalism.

***UPDATE as of 7/13/26 10 DAYS+ $0 has been received from this company. I thought I would update…read moremy review due to company's response on this post. The company has since came out to fix part of the damage that they caused. We have since worked with another vendor through our home insurance to find that actual leak which was within the shower. The water damage cause has been shown to us and proved through reading with a meter and pictures have been provided where the water is leaking down along our tub out to the specific area of the carpet in our room. It is further confirmed that rainbow restoration immediately assumed the leak was in the wall adjacent to the Carpet. That is when they hammered into the 2 x 4 to check for moisture and punctured that pipe. The water continued to leak after they fixed the damage they caused which led us to finding the actual leak through a very thorough assessment by another company. I will not be changing my review. Unfortunately, through the very poor assessment and not checking that the leak had resolved. We had to move forward with having our Carpet and baseboards fully replaced only to find out that they had only fixed a leak that they created and not the source of the moisture. The source of the moisture runs from the shower throughout the enclosure down the tub line directly to the spot that they took out a chunk of my wall, where we also had to have drywall repaired. Please consider this company and standby during visits to the home. The tech that assisted us was of great integrity and very apologetic for this mistake. It was the management who tried to blame us and say they must have punctured a very rare part of the pipe and made a previous issue larger. We have since proven that to be a lie. *** we also never asked for reimbursement for mold, remediation or anything like that. We asked for reimbursement for displacing our family during Father's Day weekend due to negligence. We did not have a leak issue where we had to move out of the home and shut off the water prior to being serviced by your company. We are actually still dealing with the issue and the leak and the water does not need to be shut off we just do not need to run that shower to stop the water from running. We asked the company to make things right. We ask them to pay for the cost of displacing our family for multiple days into a hotel, the cost of repairing the drywall that they damaged and the pipe that they damaged. We had no issues addressing a moisture situation that was not caused by their company. Please let me know if there is anyone who can get in touch within this company. We have since been displaced from our home after having a tech come out and are in a hotel. Our dog has been in 100 degree weather and the GM first refused ownership when even the tech apologized for the mistake of damaging a pipe and water spewing out. He then reached out appearing to attempt to rectify only to not respond for another night. Please reach out to me if you're in management in Rainbow Restoration and are not Param. I would note the tech that came out was honest, kind, and accepting full responsibility. Erik also came and was very helpful and understood the tech made an error. During Param's conversation on the phone with me he admitted this is rare and he should've went into a 2x4. Our homeowners insurance sent out a plumber to review who said the fracture on the pipe was not companies response on this post to wear in tear but deliberate puncture by force. Everyone is in agreement the tech made a mistake. However, Param is unwilling to accept this is a separate issue from the preexisting issue we called about. The house was not unlivable and we were not displaced prior to working with Rainbow Restoration. The plumber Param sent to my house stated he couldn't find another leak so the tech "probably" punctured the same exact (rare) pipe in the same exact spot there was a leak cause water to spew out and create an emergency situation. We are only seeking for the company to rectify the new problem they have created so our family can move back into our home.
