When Jim came the next day, after a full assessment, he gave us tips on how to remediate the situation ourselves, but after consideration, we decided to have Jim do the work. Although our job was relatively small (a toilet seal failed on a slab foundation on the first floor), Jim was meticulous about setting up a containment, doing a full remediation and final clearance test. If I ever needed additional work on my home after water leak or intrusion, I would only call on Jim to review and remediate.

Flakey! The service was recommended by our realtor for a new house we just purchased, that had a…read morepet urine smell by the door. I never actually spoke with Chris, just text messages. My realtor said they were great however, they didn't show up and completely ghosted us. It was so stressful, inconvenient and expensive, as we were moving from 800 miles away, and having to arrange it all over the phone. We had new floors being put in and had to pay extra money for the flooring contractor to come on two separate days to rip out the floors, wait for odor treatment, and then put new floors in. We delayed moving into our new house by several days which cost us additional nights in an Airbnb. We had all of our possessions waiting for us in UBox storage, and had we been able to move in on Monday, rather than waiting until Friday for service that was never performed, we would not have incurred an additional month's rent for storage. Overall, they cost us somewhere between $1200 and $1400 due to delay, and never performed the service.

Green Bee has helped us with every single mold issue. Please read my other review for more details. This past December, after having our house on the market for over 10 months with no movement, we finally were in contract. Then the Sierra Nevada foothills had the most epic storm in the past 30 years. Of course, more water intrusion. Russell had just repaired one part of the fireplace wall a few months earlier (see other review) but the whole other side failed during the December storm. Our stone veneer fireplace wall had to be taken down to fix the leak and mold. Russell was on it immediately. Because he took care of it so quickly while doing a very thorough job, we were able to close on the house just a couple of weeks late. He saved the day. Not only that, he found a wonderful contractor who rebuilt the whole wall in just a few days. We now live in our new house and fortunately, no water damage or mold. Russel and his team would be the first person I would call if we had any mold problems. He really is a kind, hardworking professional who has been a life saver multiple times in the past 5 years.
