Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. We decided to hire them for the rebuild of our house. We meet Matt Neff who went over all the financial aspects of the rebuild and worked with our insurance company and laid out the financial breakdown and showed us possible options of remodling portions of the house. We then meet Ryan Huckabay who was our site manger, he walked my wife and I through the entire rebuild process. I can't say enough of how grateful we are to have meet Ryan, he was always available for questions or concerns we had. He kept us up to date on every aspect of the job and stayed true to his deadlines he set. At the end of the rebuild, him and his team gave my Family an incredible new home to live in, Ryan always told us he would always be available for questions or help with the house. Duarte Construction has many wonderful employees who do fantastic work, We personally dealt with Cammie Kern who help my wife and I with the interior design aspect, she help us pick out all the Countertops, Paint colors, Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, etc. She was a huge help in creating our new home. Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

It's always the little things that stand out the most -- they showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised, and kept my house incredibly clean while they worked. Peter's communication very prompt…read more Peter arrived onsite and inspected thoroughly for signs of water damage behind the walls and under the flooring. He reported back that the water damage was superficial due to caulking around the bathtub being insufficient and letting water splash from the shower/tub get under the floor transition. Since I was away, this inspection required a lot of trust that the diagnosis wouldn't result in uneccessary work. Peter reported honestly what he saw and recommended a handyman. Read your contract before you sign! The contract is a CYA for them and gives the customer zero…read moreprotection! We had water damage to our house. The insurance company sent Zebra out . My gut feeling told me not to go with them but we reluctantly did go with them in the end. Zebra puts you on a payment program. You are required to make payments and they slow play their work. When we decided to fire them we had over paid them. We told them we would like our money back and they came back and said we owe them money. They also said if we don't pay them that money they are going to go after us for 25,000 dollars for breaking our contract. The contract stated that once the contract is signed it's 150 dollars a day if you break the contract. What a nightmare! And... you can not take them to court! You would have to take them to arbitration. The owner Jed came over to my house and all he spoke about was his house. He did not care about our questions or concerns. He was very arrogant and I highly recommend you do a Google search on him. You'll be shocked! The project manager came over to discuss the project. He stunk like cigarettes and during our first meeting with him he dropped multiple F Bombs. Totally unprofessional! Now to the good part. The same workers that did the drywall also do the painting, the electrical work, the cabinets, the countertops and the flooring. I expressed my concerns about the workers doing my electrical. I wanted a journeyman electrician to do this work. The PM told me it's a piece of cake and they do this all the time. The workers put my stove top on backwards! I had to tell them how the stove top is supposed to face! You would've needed to reach over a burning flame to turn off the stove! When they left I went out to check their work. They drilled a screw that perused the front face of my cabinets! Then... the oven was not on. I ran out side to ask them if they flipped the breaker. They said they would check. I went back inside and when I did I head the sound of arching. They didn't cover their connections and the hot leg went to ground! I literally had to stand over their shoulder to make sure their work was complete and done correctly! What a joke!

Highly regretful in my decision to go with Zebra Restoration Services. The company and its staff do…read morenot care about the safety of its customers. The containment they put up for lead abatement was inadequate. They only used a single sheet of plastic (which ripped easily), painters tape, duct tape, paper, and a few staples. They contaminated my residence with lead dust and debris. They walked out of the containment without putting down any sticky mats to prevent contamination. When confronted about this issue with video evidence, my communications were ignored completely. No resolutions were provided to assist me with their incompetence. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please spend your time and money elsewhere.

Eric and Gideon returned a couple days later and got to work, Eric did all the under house work which is really difficult under ideal conditions, my crawl space is very tight so less than ideal, but Eric managed his way through it all and got the job done and did it all with a smile. I hired RESCO to assist with restoration for soot and odor damage following a backyard fire…read more Initially I was pleased with their quick response. Ryan was very helpful through the process (literally the only positive). However, my floor is now damaged because of how they performed the job. After completing the cleaning process, they had fans running for 3.5 days. After inspecting my house, there was standing water/puddles of what can only be described as slime throughout my flooring. My floor is laminate, which means not only are you not supposed to mop it, you certainly should never have standing water on it. The water and slime were still there after the 3.5 days of fans/HEPA filters running. When RESCO arrived to complete a walk through, they also seemed surprised to see the standing water. They reported, "We didn't have a bucket to ring the mop out" the day they completed cleaning and "[they] thought the fans would dry it out" and that is why they left the water/slime on the floor. They also stated, "We don't know what all the slime is." They could not even complete the walk through because they, again, did not have a mop and bucket. They had to return later that day to mop it up. Of note, after they "mopped" it, the slime-like residue remained, which is extremely slippery. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and almost fell walking on it. After raising concerns regarding the damaged flooring, they did not care. Luke, the owner himself, said he would not do anything, despite his workers clearly messing up and inappropriately "cleaning" my floor and leaving water on it. This was a known problem even the workers acknowledged. They wouldn't even clean the slippery, slime-like residue from the floor. I cannot believe how incredibly unprofessional Luke was, not to mention the worst customer service I have experienced. He simply said, "Take me to court." Not only is my floor damaged throughout the house, I now have to pay someone to actually clean the floors and the slippery slime off the floor. Please save your money, including the money you will need to replace damaged flooring, and do not hire RESCO for your restoration needs.
