The HVAC work was a complete system, the unit, ducts, etc. The installation went smoothly and the system works well. Pricing was good. The plumbing work I requested did not go well. I was continually lied to by their representatives. Two small jobs were completed, but getting it done was a nightmare of repeatedly calling their office and requesting updates on when and how the work would be done. In another instance I eventually gave up and just opted to use another company for a major plumbing install and mcvay lost the $22,000 contract. I've finally resolved to never, under any circumstances, to use mcvay again for plumbing.
