My dog didn't move for 2 days and it was painful for her to walk and go outside. Called this location 3 separate times talking to different people about the issue, there was no concern for my dog's condition, empathy or calls to follow-up. I was very worried about how she was going to react to being groomed as she loves MUD but hates baths. I spoke with Julie and she made me feel very comfortable- that she could handle her. And had the time to do it at the last minute. When I picked my baby up I think she was more than happy to just stay and play! She was beautifully clean and smelled great! Julie's was a very clean building- the dogs there were all in clean cages- and I was very impressed with the large area of the shop. I am very glad to find this shop and I will be bringing all my dogs to Julie's for ever more. And another plus- very affordable! However, once I got home I noticed the inprofections all over. His coat and face were cut close to his skin in spots and extremely uneven all over. I specifically said I didn't want to see skin. His face and ears were awful lacking uniformity. Also, the dog is white, obviously they didn't use whitening shampoo. His coat now has a yellow tint. He gets groomed monthly, wiped down daily and brushed weekly so he's being taken care of at home. I was looking for someplace outside of big box groomers and learned the shop was under new owners. So I gave them a try. Haven't decided if I'll go back it's a lot of money for subpar work.

She took the time to really give her an amazing grooming from head to toe. My Willow was so clean and had a beautiful haircut. So happy we have a groomer for life!
