This is so unacceptable. I'm not sure if the groomer did not want to take the necessary time to scissor those areas or what. They then had the audacity to bill my husband $120 which sound like the platnium price for a poodle which should have includes a custom hair cut; however, all they did was shaved/butched him and did not provide the custom cut as requested. I didn't feel well and I just wanted to go close to my house. She started cutting and he started screaming. I kept asking her if he's OK or bleeding she said he doesn't like his nails cut. I will never take him back there. I think she was being way too rough with a 10 pound Chihuahua . Like I said, he goes in and gets his nails cut other places and doesn't cry or make any noise. Will not be going again ever!! last time we got her hair cut it was only $45.00 for a hair cut and $50.00 for a bath. They didn't even trim the hair from her ears. There was a time she had horrible skin allergies and she would always bathe her with such care and different types of products to see what worked best. They're fast, and extremely caring.
