Prickett's offers a lot full of beautiful and fragrant freshly-cut trees including Douglas, Fraser, Noble, and Nordmann in a variety of sizes. I think we got a Douglas Fir this year - it was the most perfect full shape, the prettiest shade of green, and the best smelling! Thanks to the team for re-educating us each year on the different types of trees. While they wrapped the tree, we explored the other holiday goodies (garland, wreaths, ornaments, and more!). And I can't leave Prickett's without a look through their indoor house plants - joy!

The service was extremely friendly, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we asked questions, and then the moment we were rung up and left. There's so much here that I had to do a walk around many times in hopes to not over look anything. They have a wide selection of floor mats with different styles and colors. Best thing, they are easy to clean and long lasting. The lady that was there was super helpful in giving us an idea on how to choose the style and was more than helpful in laying out the rugs for us to view. Overall, we walked out with two beautiful rugs that looks amazing in our home. We also found an assortment of perfumes/colognes and was able to pick up a sample box for my husband to try out. None of it is cheap, mind you, but considering the location and the effort they've put into curating such an inventory, the prices are totally understandable. The two ladies who worked there were both nice and even opened up for us when they were technically closed but saw us peering through the window. There were felt coasters for $30, little felt rings to put on your wine glass for $28, reusable bag for shopping that was $68, tiny vase for a tiny succulent was $28 but you could buy a whole basket of succulents with a basket for that price. And a very small candle for $35. I'm not rich but I'm not poor and I would find it very hard for me to come back to those prices. I felt that the items weren't that more unique to hold those prices.

He was yelling at us saying "we have 20 minutes" while we were shopping, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. When we checked out, he threw our change at us instead of handing it to us respectfully. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional and upsetting. I understand employees may be stressed or trying to close on time, but customers should still be treated respectfully. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the experience was not okay.

Every employee here was a pleasure to speak with; helplful, friendly and funny! Great pricing and did I say an incredible offering of products. Their wood/pellet burning stoves are awesome! I picked up several bags of very affordably priced wood pellets. Oh, they educated me on the differences as well. Just an excellent experience. Whenever I need anything for the house in Willits, they will be my "go to".
