Jorge has always been very prompt, through, concise and prompt with ANY inquiries we had before, and after the job was completed. The work completed by the crew, as you can see in the photographs, was first rate as well and admirable. I could not more explicably convey our Complete Satisfaction and Incredibly High Impression of Four Peaks Roofing, LLC! From start to end, specifically when it comes to Jorge, the Project Manager, every aspect of this project was FIRST RATE. One resounding reason I chose Four Peaks Roofing, was due to their positive reviews AND they have ZERO complaints filed with the BBB, THAT was the defining factor for me. They did quite impressive work in repairing and sealing the parapet 'cap' in addition to sealing our flat foam roof. I waited until we had the heaviest of Monsoon rains, to assure all was as High Quality, Complete, secure and waterproof as it had appeared. We had about a 40 minute 1.3" deluge of Monsoon rainfall last night, and all was as we had expected. You certainly could not find a better, reasonably cost roofing company. I would and will Highly Recommend this company for ANY roofing needs.

I hired Four Peaks Roofing in February to replace my roof. I worked with Jason in the office and…read moreBrent, my project manager. We specifically agreed to install the highest-quality underlayment, and I signed the work order reflecting that agreement. The crew began work on a Monday. On Tuesday evening, after they had left, I noticed the underlayment installed on my roof was not the product I had purchased. I checked the packaging, confirmed it was the wrong material, and emailed Brent. To his credit, he responded quickly, acknowledged the mistake, and said he would notify the foreman and owner. I followed up the next morning to ask how it would be corrected, but for nearly two and a half days I received no communication while the crew continued installing the wrong underlayment. There were no calls, updates, or explanation of how they intended to resolve the issue. Late Friday, I was told they were working with the manufacturer to extend the warranty on the installed underlayment to match the warranty of the premium product I had originally purchased. While I appreciated that solution, I was disappointed by the lack of communication during those critical days. After the roof was completed, I noticed several tile corners looked rough and unfinished. I sent Brent photos, and he agreed they needed additional detail work. The crew returned the following week, and to their credit, they significantly improved the appearance of the tile corners. Before the project began, I had also shown Brent water damage and rot around a vented soffit board beneath one of my roof overhangs. Although I later learned they normally do not replace vented soffit boards because they are not considered part of the roof, they agreed to replace mine as a goodwill gesture because of the underlayment mistake. Unfortunately, the first repair was poorly done. The installer used the wrong thickness of material, installed it unevenly, and relied heavily on caulk to fill gaps. The workmanship was poor enough that I removed the repair myself before the caulk had fully cured and purchased the correct materials to replace it properly. Around the same time, I discovered numerous roofing nails and staples protruding through my eaves that had not been there before the installation. Brent agreed this needed to be corrected. A crew later arrived after dark, without notifying us, and repaired the fasteners using flashlights. While I appreciated the quick response, showing up unannounced at our home at night to perform repairs demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for us as clients. A few weeks into the project, Jason called to discuss my experience. I explained that I chose Four Peaks because of its reputation and because both he and Brent had seemed honest and trustworthy throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, the execution of the project did not match those expectations. Jason apologized for the underlayment mistake and offered to have their carpenter reinstall the soffit board. I declined because I had already purchased the materials and planned to complete the repair myself. Two days later, however, my wife and I were awakened at approximately 6:00 a.m. by loud hammering outside our home. I found another Four Peaks employee reinstalling the soffit board without our knowledge or permission. To be fair, the second repair was significantly better, but the lack of communication was frustrating. Four Peaks ultimately upgraded the manufacturer warranty from 30 years to 50 years and matched it with an extended workmanship warranty, which I appreciated. They also charged me for the lower-priced underlayment that was actually installed instead of the premium product I had purchased. No other compensation offered. However, when the invoice arrived, it still reflected the original higher price, requiring me to contact Brent again to have it corrected. I was also told I would receive a project completion package after the work was finished. It is now July, and I still have not received it. After recent storms, I inspected my attic and discovered the rotted wood behind the soffit had never actually been removed. Instead, it had simply been pushed inward and covered by the new material. I've included photos showing the tile corners before they were repaired, the protruding nails and staples, the soffit repairs, and the remaining rot. Overall, Brent was responsive throughout much of the project, and several employees made efforts to resolve the issues. I appreciate those efforts. However, the repeated mistakes, poor communication, inconsistent workmanship, billing error, unfinished repairs, and multiple unannounced visits overshadowed the positives. I hope my experience helps future homeowners make an informed decision.

My company asked me to reach out and have the property inspected, especially after we had a previous roofing company misquote us and fail to do the work properly. Lior, the owner, personally came out to inspect the roof, and I can't say enough about how helpful and honest he was. After feeling like we had been taken advantage of by the previous company, it was such a relief to have someone take the time to thoroughly look at the situation and give us an honest assessment. What stood out to me most was his integrity. It's hard to find people you can truly trust, especially when dealing with costly repairs and situations where you don't always know who is giving you the right information. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, helpful, and, most importantly, honest, I would definitely recommend Tip Top Roofing. Lior gave us peace of mind, and that alone is priceless!

We went with Tip Top Roofing, using premium materials (Tile Seal), at the same or lower cost than the other companies quoting regular 40-lb. underlayment. From the beginning to the end, customer service was impeccable. The crew thoroughly cleaned up every day and worked hard. Every evening, Yav sent us photos of the day's work and made sure we were happy. Roofs are expensive; we're glad we chose Tip Top based on Yelp reviews and would recommend them to anyone : )

I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing.

I requested a change to the underlayment, which Jordon indicated was no problem and verbally let me know what the price difference would be but did take a little bit to get the official updated quote. Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again.

Brad came out and showed us all the issues and we figured out that a repair was out of the question so we decided to do the same thing at this house by stripping the flat and sloped roof down to the bare structure, replacing all of the rotten plywood, using SBS membrane, radiant barrier insulation, battens, concrete flat tiles and the six compromised sky lights, with new ones. The sky lights even have motorized shades which is a benefit on those hot days and they work great. It was not an inexpensive job since we chose to use top of the line products. Brad and Nelson made themselves available any time we had a question which did happen a few times. We lived in the house while under construction and the entire crew respected our space, they were always on time and made sure to clean up every night before leaving. Jaime and his crew came out to inspect my roof after a storm. They were on time, respectful, took pictures, and explained what they saw in a clear and professional way. They didn't try to force a sale or scare me with exaggerated problems. In fact, they told me I didn't need a full replacement -- just minor repairs. That honesty alone says a lot about their business. Most companies would have tried to upsell. About the complaint saying someone was "peeking through windows" -- they were INSPECTING THE ROOF. Roof inspections literally require looking at the edges and flashing near windows and eaves. That's how they determine damage. It's not "creepy," it's just doing the job someone requested. Also, any good roofing company will walk around, knock, check structure, and gather information before giving a final written quote. That's not suspicious -- it's thorough. Roofs aren't priced from thin air. If anything, I appreciate Peralta's Roofing even more for walking away from a job where expectations weren't reasonable. Honest contractors don't take every job, and that's a positive thing. I got straightforward pricing, pictures, and a fair repair. My roof is sealed, looks great, and they even cleaned up around my house before leaving. Respectful crew. Honest pricing. Quality work. I'd recommend Jaime and Peralta's Roofing to anyone who wants a real professional and not drama.
