We had a lovely conversation, where we discussed the importance of rescuing animals, our particular new dog's difficult story prior to us rescuing him, etc. She said all the right things and we wanted to support her business, given that she seemed to care about supporting rescue animals. We made a purchase on some custom goods, and were promised a two week delivery. Like a fool, and because she seemed like a decent person, I paid up front. Big mistake. Items never arrived. All messages on social media have been ignored and disregarded, even when I attempted to handle it reasonably. Dropped off the face the earth, took our money, and ran. I find it deplorable to play to the heartstrings of people who want to purchase items for their animals, then to literally steal from them. Avoid this business at all costs.
